I'm 5' 4" and got a size Xl, that is my true size for fitted shirts! The bra does not have a ton of support. I would not workout in it, but enjoy wearing for pjs or just around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 4 pack of the women's cotton breathe underwear for review- I was delighted with the fit and comfort-UNTIL I actually wore them to exercise. These are lounge undies- stretchy big granny panties if you will. Not really anything you would wear on a hot date... I wore them out exercise walking and they actually cut into the side of my groin area on one side and rubbed the skin raw. I would not recommend unless they are strictly for relaxing or sleeping.

The panties are comfy and let you move easily. They are not bulky or visible beneath my clothing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the neckline of this tank. It’s not too high, but still higher thank a lot of tank tops . Very comfortable cotton material that breaths really well. Nice trim around the arm and neck holes, so I know it won’t stretch out or lose its shape.

The high waisted shorts and tanks with built in bras are having a moment and this is a good one for that combo. One thing I really like about this tank is the ribbed texture while still maintaining a thin material. I have other ribbed shirts and they are thick and too warm. I like the length on the shirt- I am only 5'4" and it hits well to tuck in to a high waistband- Because it is thin, the waistband needs to be fairly tight or I lose the tuck though. One thing I don't love is the removeable padding- give me sewn in at this point in life, but I removed them and just used adhesive pads and it worked perfectly. Great shirt for the price- it has washed well and is very comfortable.

If you are larger chested you may want to size up one or two. Could be casual with bike shorts or could be dressed up with jeans and a cardigan.
