John Derian for Target 9" Pie Lit Blow Mold

Very unique item and perfect for the Thanksgiving season! Timer works great (middle notch on bottom) and it’s the perfect brightness for nighttime autumn ambience. Would like more of this type of fall decor.

I am in love with both this and the turkey! And so is my toddler 😂

I ordered this piece online sight unseen since the app said it was out of stock in the two Targets I shop at. Surprise surprise, the app lied. Unaltered, it looks quite cheap - the berries are barely colored and have large unpainted, dull white patches that shine through. I decided to try a trick I’ve used before - touching up with nail polish. I applied purple polish to all berry segments and it made a world of difference. The berries now all glow deep purple and appear much shinier with the light off - as you would expect from berries that have been glazed or sauced in a pie. It took me about half an hour to touch up, but I would certainly understand if you don’t want to spend the time, effort, and cost for nail polish (if you don’t have some on hand) to improve a piece they should have made acceptable looking in the first place. If you don’t want to and are a sticker for realistic detail as I am, I wouldn’t buy it. (The before pic comes from another customers review since I didn’t think to take one before I altered it.)

So fun, happy I was able to find one. Perfect fit Holiday accent. Like has 2 setting - timer on and steady on.

I always love when target Collabs with John Derian because it is my opportunity to get the most whimsical decorations. This pie blow mold is my new favorite thing. It actually looks really realistic and is so adorable. I have recommended it to just about everyone I know.

Probably one of my most beloved decorations. I feel it is truly a unique piece. It’s beautiful, very detailed, and gives off a wonderful warm light. It’s the size of a pie! I just love it! The timer function is a bonus!

Very cute blow mold! Ordered online and it arrived in perfect condition, wrapped nicely. I got this as a toy for our play kitchen and it’s adorable.

This is a beautiful pie decoration! The pie has nice details and looks better in person than the photos online! The plate it is on is cute too! It gives off a nice warm light.

Came damaged and scuffed up which is disappointing. It’s sold out now so there’s no option to exchange it, only get a refund. I love the piece enough that I want to keep it despite the damage.

Sooo cheap. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but this would make most kids play food look like an upgrade. Very disappointing

I love this piece and can't wait to hang it on the wall in my kitchen as a quirky addition to my little gallery wall, but I absolutely HATE the way Target packs and ships online orders. It's ALWAYS in a comically large box, sometimes with a useless string of air packs, most of which are popped by the time it gets to you, or nothing at all. I've started ordering t-shirts with my order to use as padding to protect sensitive items - because I know Target isn't going to - and return them later. I shouldn't have to do this. And sometimes they ship from different warehouses so it doesn't always work. For this piece, I mistakenly ordered it with the turkey platter blow mold, and though they stuffed the box with craft paper, the two pieces were placed together at the bottom with NOTHING between them. All they had to do was wrap even a SINGLE layer or craft paper between them to keep them from rubbing together. But because they did not, the paint on both was all chipped off, which is more noticeable once it's illuminated. More than the pictures show. Not the biggest deal, but still annoying considering the price for what's basically just plastic.

These are so unbelievably cool, we need more!!!! Well made, painted nicely, realistic (though smaller than an actual turkey and pie).Give us an entire table scape of blow molds!!
