Description
This highly detailed fountain features a lion's head surrounded by scrolling Acanthus leaves and other classical details. Watch as water cascades gently from the lion's mouth into a scalloped bowl. From there, the water flows down into the larger basin below that is lit by an included LED accent light. The cast resin construction means the fountain is extremely lightweight and easy to move around while maintaining the look of real stone. While the fountain is in use, the LED must remain on and fully submerged underwater to avoid damage.

WHY THIS FOUNTAIN FROM LAMPS PLUS IS A GREAT CHOICE
Our fountain arrived quickly in good condition. It was fairly easy put together using common sense. (The directions were of little help.) it works perfectly, The water flow is easy to adjust and the sound of water falling into the bowl is very relaxing. The friends and neighbors who have seen it, love it. We use distilled water to avoid any calcium build-up. A personal choice since we have hard water here in Phoenix.

Amazing, well made light.
I always debate leaving reviews, but then realized I depended on reviews SO heavily while trying to find a light for this specific space so here we are :) We LOVE this piece!!! The soft linen fabric is so pretty in person. The light it projects is just enough for our space. It was easy to install. The finishing piece on the bottom was oil rubbed bronze which doesn't go with our decor so we spray painted it black. And to top it off, it was decently priced. Others I was looking at were over $200. We're so happy with it and were also really impressed with the customer service of Lamps Plus and the shipping speed. Thank you!

Leaks like a sieve
So I ordered this fountain. It's not really made out of resin, more like a plastic resin like material..I am not sure how it would hold up in the sun...set it up and was running fine by the morning it was empty. It just does not have a reservoir to hold water to run for a while. I filled it up again, with in two hours it was empty. The fountain has a definite leak, but not sure where it's leaking. Really no complicated hose issue. Sending it back, not sure if it was just a one time issue

Lion Fountain Question
I just put out my Lion Fountain and really love the way it looks. I am hoping I wont have an issue with paint chipping. I had a little trouble with the instructions and where the trap door went but eventually figured it out. I am impressed with how the pump works and how the water streams out evenly but after running it for a few hours, the basin was almost empty. Is there some reason why the water would be emptying out when it is running? When I fill the basin it does not run out, only when I run the pump motor. If you have any suggestions on how this can be avoided, it would be appreciated. Thank you...
