Great for lots of hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids were born with lots of hair! The usual shampoo/body wash for babies wasn’t strong enough to get all the grime out of their hair. This was gentle, but still got the long hair clean!

Faulty Bottle Pump

Getting the plunger to open is a nightmare. I tried opening it like you would on bottle with the pump, and it just broke off. I tried to find an unscented one, because this contains fragrance in the ingredients. I don’t want to expose my baby’s skin to a chemical at such a young age, so I’m going to try different brands.

Trusted and original

It’s perfect for babies. It’s gentle, has a light pleasant scent, and is tear free. However, it’s not quite enough for toddlers. There are a lot of times when my child gets crud in their hair and this is just too gentle to remove it effectively. For babies though, it’s the original and I trust using it on my children.

Babies of all ages

I've been using Johnsons Baby Shampoo for over 50 years. Daily use for all that time has not had any negative consequences. Baby fine or grandpa gray, I love this product.

Mama and baby both love it!

I love johsons baby shampoo, because 1. My parents used on me and my siblings when we were kids so its a nostalgic product that brings back good and happy memories. 2. Its safe and smells good and doesnt hurt the eyes if some got on my babys face. It also smells great, lathers and cleans well and its gentle on the scalp. You only need a small amount so the bottle can last for months! I always loved this yellow bottle especially and i love that my baby uses the same one.

Do Not Like New Formula

I am disappointed that I can't find the original formula for your baby shampoo. I've been using this for decades, primarily because it was the only shampoo I could reliably find that was unscented. Now all I see is the new formula and its scent. Do you have any recommendations for the unscented shampoo that I can buy to replace Johnson's Baby Shampoo?

Just right for a baby's sensitive scalp! Leaves hair so clean and rinses effortlessly. The clean smell after is wonderful as well! My child has sensitive skin and this shampoo doesn't bother his scalp at all

Bring back the old classic

I was a long time user of this shampoo. I used it for most for my 50+ years but no more! the new formula is not good at all! I'm allergic to aloe. Why change a classic? I would like to give it 0 stars if possible.

This baby shampoo is amazing! I loved it because it contains chamomile and leaves hair super soft. I really like how it works; the results are fantastic. It lathers up super fast, you don't need much, a little is enough, and the scent is unique.

I’ve been using it on my baby since he was months old, now he is 2 years old and I still use it daily. It has good performance, cleans well and is very easy to use. It doesn’t cause any discomfort or irritation on skin or eyes. His hair stays soft with a nice gentle scent, and I feel it cares for his skin every bath.

Honest Review of this Baby Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first time mom who researches everything I put on my babies skin here are my honest opinions on this baby shampoo: I liked it overall however the biggest drawback for me was the smell. It smelled like it was highly scented/ had a lot of fragrance which could irritate some babies skin, respiratory systems and fragrance is generally an ingredient I like to try to avoid in all products overall. This is the main reason why I won’t be purchasing this product again, other than that it is a lovely shampoo but unfortunately this is a big factor that renders it non-useable for our family.
