Q: WHEN and how was the formula changed? I used this with my daughter's 35+ years ago and LOVED it! I just bought a new bottle for multiple granddaughters and it "stinks" (I agree) 3 of them said it was stinging their heads. WHAT WAS CHANGED??? PLEASE REPLY!

Bought this for my daughter, whom is now 14 months old. Today...minutes after I used it in her hair...my husband noticed her ears were both red. She was scratching them. She broke out with rashes on her ears. Looked to be a partial chemical burn. The smell is pleasant. It does soften and detangle her hair. I use to use this on my son. But Johnson keeps going downhill with ruining thier supplies with bad chemicals. I will definitely be throwing this away. Had to switch to Aveeno....and Dove. You disappoint me Johnson.

Product maybe impossible to use if you have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome or Arthritis as you may have difficulty or feel pain when attempting to press down on the button. The activation action does require a significant amount of pressure and strength and so for me it was impossible to do with one hand and awkward with two. Therefore, wasted time and money spend for nothing!

Made my wet hair smell moldy for some strange reason. I used this product a lot as a kid and remember it smelling really nice. Now, the pleasant smell lasts about 5 minutes on my hair before it started to smell weirdly foul. Not sure why.

I like this hair detangler. I think it smells nice and it works well. Be warned that the overspray particles make hardwood floors VERY slippery, even when they appear dry. Might be better to spray in a carpeted area.

Hi, I am 55 years old and still use No More Tangles in my morning routine for me! My hair is changing now to a more wirey feel, but I keep grabbing NMT as my routine. My hair knots a bit on the neck after a sleep or shower. To comb through I always grab NMT. Who wants to lose hair through excessive pulling? An older woman can’t afford to lose hair. You ought to run some adds on your product for all ages. Curly hair and medium length is what I have. I love your product. It was hard to find this month when I needed a new bottle. I actually found it at a grocery store, thank heavens. Small town problems. Have a great Christmas holiday.

I have noticed a change in the conditioner in the last couple years. The smell is different, a cloudy look to the spray and does not work as well. Seems to work no better than other spray in conditioners which is very disappointing. I have use it for years and loved it. Now I am disappointed in it. Would be nice for it to go back to what it was. Don't know what was changed but it was not for the better. I have used in on my hair, my daughters hair and my granddaughters hair. Before the change I would recommend it to anyone, but can't in all honesty recommend it now

I've used this detangler for years because it works very well however more recent years I've noticed a smell/aspiration that makes me cough and choke and gets into my chest when spraying. Soemthing is different and I now err on the side of caution given the fact Johnson & Johnson just lost a lawsuit for their powder. Makes you wonder.... really sucks too b/c nothing else works like this in my experience

It is a good detangler for kids’ long hair. Works best when paired with the 2 in 1 shampoo. However , Target needs to bring back on shelves the conditioner itself. It’s not discontinued. I wish I can buy it as well at the store.

I used to love this product a few years ago but I stopped using it for awhile. a few weeks ago i smelt something similar to the old scent and got nostalgic so i ordered it. it now smells like baby powder and gave me an instant head :((((
