A: Hi there, make sure the pump is in an open, unlocked position by turning the pump head counter-clockwise until it stops. Be sure to prime the pump by pressing it up and down several times until the wash comes out!

The top of pump just fell off. Had it 2 months but only used it occasionally, have used about 1" of product, so still a lot in the bottle. (No the bottle had not been dropped or anything🤷🏼♀️) Now I have to find another container or toss it. Product is great but due to packaging I would not recommend

The two bottles in my order arrived half empty because the bottles spilled. They didn’t place the protective tape on the top of the bottles to keep it from opening. This is the second time this happens. I’m very disappointed.

Does burn eyes a little. My baby complains of his eyes hurting when we accidentally get it on his eyes. Tried it myself and yup, it kind of burned. Might have had a bad batch? I don’t remember this brand hurting eyes. The scent is, at least to me, not as strong as the original. I don’t find it drying for my son’s skin.

I could NOT open the bottle top. It is shaped like a hat. Could not remove it to get to the cap to save my life. I wash my face with your regular baby shampoo in the shower

As Johnson is known for its quality material, this wash and shampoo liquid do the same. It does not cause irritation to eyes and skin while bathing and after the use, we can see the positive effect on our baby's skin. We would definitely recommend this.

This thing thins out my baby's hair. She had very thick hair after the first use it completely changed her hair to very fine, thin hair. She had a lot of split hair after washing it with this nonsense and ended up tangling. Glad it's now sitting in the bin. What a waste of money.

Thought I'd try this to replace my gentle Softsoap Aloe Vera that got changed to an awful scent. After all, what could be more gentle to skin than baby shampoo, right? But this is not the original baby shampoo I used long ago. What happened to that soft baby shampoo scent? This smells too strong & the smell lingers strongly on my skin for a long time. Not a pleasant smell to me and makes me feel on the brink of a headache. I tried to get used to it but it's just getting more repulsive to me the more I use it. So if you're sensitive to fragrances, I would steer clear of this. To make things worse, the pump is so poorly designed. Barely pumps down and the tip doesn't extend out far enough, so good luck trying to get any pumped out on your hand. I thought I got a defective one, but looking at reviews on other websites, it's a common long-standing problem.
