Bought this and was surprised after using it that they changed the formula. I thought it was just new packaging. The new formula smells AWEFUL! I use this on my children and myself and will be returning it. My skin is actually irritated and feels as though it’s burning even after washing it off. The smell also did not come off after several washes. It’s overly fragrant and pungent . Very disappointed and will be discontinuing purchasing J & J products after decades of use.

**WARNING NEW FORMULA AND SCENT CHANGE** Classic Johnson and Johnson Pink Baby Lotion: The new formula is HORRIBLE. The smells is gross and the texture is watery and sticky. I have been using this lotion my entire life and I am sad to report that I will no longer be supporting this brand unless they publicly announce they will be bringing back the original formula. I have also informed my friends and family before they waste their funds on the products. I do not understand how anyone on their board agreed that the new formula was better. There is no way this was a team agreement. This classic line was loved for decades by millions and it was a product that stood the test of time. This is very disheartening. By the mass outrage all of social media, it is safe to say this was a big fail. Anyone looking to find a replacement product that smells the same can join the reddit threads and social platforms dedicated to this new change and help to find a new brand.

The smell isn't good at all. It doesn't smell like it's for a baby, but a grown woman. Bring back the old smell!

I’ve been using Johnson’s baby lotion for not only my kids but myself forever, it was literally my daily go to. I recently restocked on a bottle and noticed a huge difference, and I was immediately disappointed. This new formula doesn’t smell or feel the same. The product is watery and smells like a cheap store brand baby lotion. I really wish they would’ve done a separate “natural/free” line for those who preferred it and kept the original. My heart is broken.

I hate the new and improved Johnson's baby lotion. I have been using this lotion daily for over 40 years. The new version feels horrible and oily on my hands. I do not like the feel of it at all. The new smell is bad and not appealing at all. I went around to multiple stores to find and buy all of the ones that hadn't been changed for a stick pike. I'm so sad that once the older no improved ones are gone, I will have to find and change to a new lotion😭

Very disappointed the smell is too strong and very watery leaves my skin feeling very dry, I will not put this on my baby face as I’m scared it will break my baby face out 😩 my 7 year old said mommy what’s that smell it stinks !!!! Bring back the original smell !!!!!!!! I really want my money back cause this lotion will not be used a waste of money!!!!! P.S New lotion formula smells have my nose burning and left with a headache 🤕

This new formula is horrible, smells awful and is greasy. Worst thing I ever used very disappointed. I have used J&J baby lotion for 40+ years. Please reconsider bringing back the old formula.

I have used the original baby lotion for years. I do not like the new formula or the feel or smell. Please bring back the original baby lotion! Why change something that is great! It went from great to yucky! Very disappointed....

Just bought baby lotion and noticed the new packaging with a new formula label. Let's just say it doesn't compare to the old formula. I don't like the new scent at all. It is too strong and it leave a flowery smell that lingers on my baby boys. The old formula left them smelling like baby. Also the new formula seems thinner and not as hydrating on the skin. Unless the old formula is brought back I will be changing to a different brand unfortunately.

AWFUL if I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE bring back the old scent. I've been buying this lotion for years for my daughter's. The new scent smells more like flowery not like baby scent anymore. I will not be purchasing anymore.

I literally hate the new “formula”. I e been using Johnson and Johnson’s baby lotion for 33 years. Their new formula sucks!! It doesn’t smell good or work as well as the old formula. I will be changing brands. Such a shame. Don’t change what isn’t broken.

This new scent is god awful. I've been using the OG baby lotion for decades for its classic scent, and I'm genuinely upset that you've decided to change it. It's much stronger and more floral, pungent even. I will not be buying this product anymore.

Ordered the lotion online and saw that it was a new label new formula. With hesitation I tried it to make sure it smelled the same. Can you say HORRIBLE! I mean it’s not bad but Please bring back the original it smells way better.. I’ve been using it for years and don’t think I’ll be purchasing anymore. The new formula is not it.

It absorbs right away so you don’t get any sticky feeling. My skin gets extremely soft and plump when I use this consistently!

The new Johnson & Johnson Baby Lotion scent is a deterrent for my child now. My husband was turned off by the strong scent. It is so sad that the new scent deviated so far from the original. Now I have 4 bottles that will never be used.

Please please bring back the old ingredients. I been using the same product for the last 30 years. The new ingredients is sticky and watery the time. It’s not moisturizing.
