Directions

Directions Change wel or solled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area. Allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

  • A: I bought this today, 11/17/2025, and it squirts clear watery liquid. I shook it up, kneaded it, and it did slowly come out white cream. But later, after a while, it was water again.

    Fomula seperates and is worthless!

    We regularly use the 40% zinc version and love it — but this one is terrible. I purchased five tubes and every single one had separated. When you squeeze it, straight liquid comes out before you get any actual cream. You can literally hear it sloshing around if you shake the tube. Completely unusable. I ended up throwing them all away. Total waste of money.
