Developed by a pharmacist and father of four, Boudreaux's Butt Paste Brand has been trusted for over 40 years by pediatricians and parents to help treat and prevent diaper rash. This Boudreaux's Butt Paste diaper cream with natural* aloe helps provide instant protection from wetness, sealing out moisture to keep baby's boo-tay dry on contact. This light, creamy paste is formulated with 16% zinc oxide, natural* aloe, natural carnauba wax and castor oil to provide fast, long-lasting protection. Our formula is free from petrolatum, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally. Use this diaper cream as needed, especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period, such as bedtime. Our baby rash cream is perfect for the diaper bag and the changing table, making it easy to take on the go and safe for every diaper change. *Other ingredients may not be natural. Natural refers to the source of listed ingredients and allows for only minimal, non-chemical processing of these ingredients.

    Really helps diaper rash quickly!

    10/10 would recommend! I love the tube design, leaving it easy to squeeze the perfect amount for application. It’s also the perfect size for travel and storing in my son’s diaper bag!

    Ehh…

    I heard great things about this product, but for me it’s just ok. The consistency is a thick paste, but for some reason mine would have random pockets of liquid. Not entirely sure what was up with my batch, it is not hot where I am and the expiration isn’t until 2027…I had to mush it around before putting it on baby, which was not convenient. Also didn’t feel like it did much for his rash. Surprised seeing as it is extra strength.

    Disappointed

    We tried this but weren't fans of it. It did alright but wasn't as fast acting as others. It's an affordable product but just didn't provide the results we were hoping for.

    Diaper Caddy Necessity

    This product is an essential in our diaper caddy and diaper bag! Once we start to see any irritation, we place on baby’s bum and see results within hours! It’s a necessity at this point!

    Classic and effective butt paste! 🌱

    Amazing butt paste! We love Bordeaux’s, it is the perfect thick yet easy to smooth consistency, and keeps baby’s bottom super happy after many hours in the diaper! It helps prevent and smooth butt rashes and is always in my diaper bag. It’s a classic for a reason!

    Good diaper cream

    Good diaper cream however it does get very runny if you don’t shake it up first or don’t use it often. Good size and decent price. Baby had no negative reaction, helped with his minor diaper rash.

    I recently tried the Boundreaux’s Butt Paste maximum strength diaper rash Ointment 2oz and I’m extremely impressed with how effective it is. This formula is verh thick and rich, which helps create a strong protective barrier on the skin. I love using it overnight because it stays in place and protects the skin for hours without needing constant reapplication. It starts soothing almost immediately, and I noticed visible improvement by the next diaper change. 🩵 The 2oz size is perfect for keeping in the diaper bag, making it convenient for travel or everyday use. A small amount goes a long way, so the tube lasts longer than expected. ❄️

    The best diaper cream!

    We have been using this over a year and it is the best! It provides a great barrier to prevent diaper rashes while being lightweight. It also stays on during multiple diaper changes increasing effectiveness.

    Thi diaper cream is great for irritated bottoms! It easily squeezes out of the tube and spreads a nice thick layer. A little bit goes a long way, so the tube lasts a while!

    I use Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength for my kid, and it's by far the best brand we've tried 👶🧴. It goes on easily, creates a strong protective barrier, and helps soothe irritation quickly. A little goes a long way, and it works reliably every time.     Don't cheap out

    I only bought this cheap option because I couldn't find the Honest brand diaper rash cream anywhere. It does nothing to treat or prevent my baby's rash. She was pulling and scratching at her diaper when I put it on her, so I think that it's bothering her skin. It also has a really strong smell of meat. I would not recommend this product, and I can see why it is so much cheaper than other creams.

    amazing!

    Although it's very thick, it works great, and very fast! When you have a newborn, they're bound to get a diaper rash as they're not used to wearing diapers yet. This stuff takes the rash away so fast! I would recommend getting one of the diaper cream spreaders though! In my opinion this diaper cream works better than aquaphor, desetin and all of the others.

    Baby & Toddler GO-TO!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since my daughter was a baby, her skin has been very sensitive & prone to diaper rashes. Out of many different brands — Boudreaux’s was the only one to effectively treat the rash! Not only that, but it didn’t have a strong “rash cream” scent either — especially this type!! Will always recommend this brand!

    Does it job

    Had to get this because my baby was crying from pain and after 24 hours, he stopped crying and I checked out the spot that needed treatment and it seemed like he was healed.

    The Strongest Little Guy Out There!

    We are major fans of the 4oz butt paste container, so when we found the 2oz version we picked it up immediately! This butt paste never disappoints. It's the only paste that keeps our baby protected when he has a rash (layer it on like you frost a cake)! We favor the 2oz version for plane rides - great in the carry-on diaper bag! We tend to go through the 4oz in about a week if he has a rash, so the 2oz helps specifically during travel. I'd buy this in a bucket if I could!
