The cream itself is very effective. It helps treat the worst diaper rash. I’m not giving it a perfect score due to its scent and how thick the paste is. It can be difficult to spread.

After years of failed diaper rash creams and lotions I came across this cream when I moved into a new place couple years ago. It was sealed and never tampered with so I kept it. My granddaughter was over one day and had diaper rash really bad, to the bloody point and my daughter was in tears as well because nothing was working. Well when I gave her this particular cream to use, I swear it was nearly gone in 2 days! We saw a drastic change after couple uses. So I highly recommend this product.

I love Boudreaux’s butt paste. This was a must have in my house for my daughter. I don’t know why, but she would get diaper rashes often. I tried so many diaper rash creams and Boudreaux’s always worked. It also is super easy which is a big plus. It did not work as well for my son for some reason, but it was a lifesaver with my daughter so definitely worth a try for fighting or preventing diaper rash.

This is one of the best diaper creams that ive tried. It definitely works fast and effectively. The only thing that I don't like about it is that you really dont want to apply it straight with your hands because it is so hard to clean off. I apply it with a tissue. And if you are using cloth diapers, don't use this! It will stain the diapers.

We love this diaper cream over all the other competitors. Reasons being, it is thick and goes on creamy like a lotion. It has not posed a reaction on our baby and it stays on him overnight for good protection.

This product does reduce redness but not compared to my favorite AD ointment. Doesn't keep the area dry and leaves a residue behind, and smells awful.

Having babies I had to learn what worked for their skin. I believe in trial and error however, one of the twins would always develop this nasty rashes and the doctor would say just use a diaper rash cream. So I tried the Boudreaux butt paste and although it worked for the nasty rash on one of the twins, it took a while to clear out the rash for the other. Ultimately it’s a good product.

This is the only kind of paste I use on my kids with diaper rash. It works great and stays on well. Clears up all skin problems within the first few applications.
