I really liked using the Desitin Maximum Strength cream because it feels very gentle on the skin but still provides strong protection. We used this for my kiddos when they were babies and toddlers for diaper rash. Always worked great and wasn’t greasy. It was a little hard to get off of clothing if accidentally rubbed off.

Perfect for sensitive skin
I'm a mom of two boys, a one year old and a 2 1/2 year old. Both of them have very sensitive skin especially on their bottoms so diaper cream (and a lot of it) is needed daily. Ive tried a few other brands of diaper rash cream and hands down Desitin maximum is the winner.

This is the only rash cream I’ve used for my kids. It’s thick, goes on easily, and lasts. Rashes are resolved within a day or so, and there’s no weird smell to the cream either. Totally worth the price, and the packaging is great as well.

I love Desitin diaper paste! The texture is very thick but smooth. It’s also super spreadable which makes a little go a long way! It also doesn’t have a harsh chemical smell like some of the other diaper creams i’ve tried. The combination of Desitin with Huggies is my go too! I recommend this paste to first time mommy’s & mommy’s with littles!

Love this stuff and swear by it!
Since My Sons has been born, he has dealt with extreme diaper rashes. This cream has helped to prevent his diaper rashes from getting extreme or out of control. It’s a decently thick pace that goes on and melts right into the skin. Doesn’t irritate My Sons skin either and he has sensitive skin as it is. The smell is honestly not all that bad compared to other creams !
