i ordered this item for pickup off of a registry for a baby shower and when i looked in the bag to make sure i received everything i ordered, the cap was broken off so i couldn’t gift it for the baby shower. i was extremely disappointed considering the fact it was put into the bag like that. Every time i tried to put it back on it broke off and i have not had the time to go back and return it because i am simply too busy, hence the reason why i made a pickup order to begin with.

Really like this product, I noticed a huge difference after bath time using it with my 5mo old. We use cottontouch shampoo and wash first. The only thing I was super hesitant at first because I thought lavender was in it (purple bottle just makes me think of that and made me not use it for a long time). Then I saw the 100% transparency from J&J - much appreciated. For once I can read and understand the ingredients in my baby’s creams/shampoos. I still feel a little nervous because it works so well I’m in disbelief. I even find the smell pleasant myself.

Pleeease being back old formula! When I first smelled this one I literally couldn’t smell anything! I had to ask my husband to smell it to and we double checked that we got the correct one. There is barely any scent to it and the scent that is there is NOTHING like the original. I am soooo disappointed as we loved the previous scent and it was our go to since our son was a baby. Please do us all a favor and bring the original scent back. This one was a waste of money. :(

I have been a user of this product for 18 years and it is my ride or die favorite lotion of all time. Recently I noticed the smell has changed and saw that the package said new formula. It actually smells like cat litter I hate it PLEASE return to the normal formula don’t fix something that’s not broken.
