New formula is awful.
I used to love this lotion, I have very sensitive skin and it was a safe option for me but they changed their formula and now it causes irritation to my skin, and is also now an overall negative sensory experience. In all honesty, I have cried because of this. It used to be something that I could reliably use and was very soothing. I am very upset and have been hoping that they would change it back but they haven't. I want the previous formula to be accessible again.

New Formula is garbage.
Have been using your lotion for 20 years. The new formula leaves skin feeling tight and sticky. Not a fan of whatever it is that you all changed. :(

The new formula is terrible. Why would you change something that was borderline perfect. It use to smell and feel amazing. Now with the new formula it's bad in both categories. I do not recommend anyone purchasing.

Can’t stand the new formula! Why did they have to change it??? It gives a rubbery feel on my hands afterwards. Going to have to find a new lotion. I would give this no stars if I could.

HATE HATE HATE the new formula! I’m so mad right now. This was the only lotion I use, because it’s not greasy. IT. IS. NOW. GREASY. I can’t stand the greasy feel on my hands once the lotion is rubbed in. I literally lotion at least 20 times a day. I don’t know what I’ll do now. I am livid.
