A: Nope! Corn starch only for the base. The rest of the ingredients are for the aloe and soothing, with vitamin E. I've only ever used this, and I always avoid anything with Talc.

My Mom probably used Johnson's baby powder for 85 of her 95 years! And she used it on her kids with wonderful soothing results. It's a shame it's gone because it was the best. I remember she'd sometimes get cheaper talc products when she retired but always went back to Johnsons baby powder!
