Joker: Folie à Deux (4K Ultra HD  + Blu-ray + Digital) (Steelbook) (4K/UHD)(2024)

Leaving one star because I can’t leave 0 stars. I entirely understand the message of the film and that the joker is not a character to idolize. That’s 100% correct. But to tank a film to get that message across is wild. I also am not one to hate on a musical. I LOVE musicals. This movie did not need to be a musical. A good musical will have a song to progress the story. This film takes song breaks for no apparent reason. The actors were all fantastic in their roles. It’s not the actor’s faults that the film is bad. It’s the whoever wrote the screenplay. You can get the message across of the joker being a character people should not look up to, through other means. I appreciate unique comic book movies, but this is not the way.

Takes above surface level thinking to appreciate both films . I liked it didn't pull punches and put out a dine a dozen comic film
