Very Dissatisfied
Bought a Perseus paddle 8 months ago and the top edge guard came loose causing the surface on the top of the paddle to separate. Clearly defective however Joola refused to replace because the paddle was over 6 months old. Very dissatisfied, you would think they would stand behind their product, at a minimum offer to replace at a 50% discount rather than response of "past 6 month warranty - sorry".

Left wanting
I was disappointed to learn that the model I purchased wasn’t the current Joola Ben Johns Perseus CFS 16 Pickleball paddle, but a much older model. I think a distinction should be made on your website to let people know there are different versions of the same model. I am left wanting to trade up to the newest version.

Feels like it was made specifically for me
Tested a friend's Perseus cfs16 to see if I would like playing with this paddle. I really liked the weight and feel. Now that I have my own, I feel like I've been using it for months already. It is a great fit for me.

Solid Purchase
The Perseus gen2 is a step up from my gen 1 Hyperion. The paddle has a little more pop, control, and grip feel than my Hyperion. I can’t wait to test the gen3 Perseus one day.

great paddle, but handle too long for me
love the paddle itself (good power and still good control), but wish I could get it with a shorter handle - it would take off a little weight and I'd be less likely to hit myself with the handle when hitting close to the body.

Performance & Value-Best Bang for Your Buck!
I have been playing with my new Perseus 16MM paddle for a month. Great balance of both power and control! Best paddle value of the 10+ I have played with. Looking forward to my wife stealing this one so I can get another!

Everything you would expect from a Gen 2 paddle
After playing the Gen 3 paddle the Gen 2 is a bit of a disappointment particularly with spin. Still a solid paddle and will use until the TA15 is available.

Have been working on playing a softer more precise game. Paddle has helped tremendously. Thought it might be too heavy for me, a petite female senior player, but it's not. Would recommend to all !

Great paddle but gets weak overtime.
The Perseus CFS 16mm paddle was great! unfortunately, the top of my paddle is crackling. The honeycomb gets squishy overtime.

i want a refund.
the grip is already coming apart after 10 days. it has plastic film stuck on the face from the ball intertwined on the face. it looks like crap after 2 weeks. can i get a refund. oh and there’s a lawsuit. let me know how to proceed for a refund.

The best overall paddle I’ve used so far.
I’ve been playing PB for 3 years now (including amateur tourneys) and this has been a lot of fun to play with. Definitely recommend. I have plenty of power and hit hard - I put lead tape on the bottom to middle edge areas of the paddle for extra control (like the pros do). Overall upped my game. Great to dink with and crazy good spin improvement. Excited to see what Joola comes out with next - long as it is tournament approved/legal ;)

there is a learning curve with this paddle. what i really don’t like - after only may be 40 games the face of the padddle looks 10 years old. the fibers of the ball are sticking the face and they kind of imbed themselves. you can’t just wipe it away. for comparison i have a Selkirk from 2016 that has at least 500 games the only signs of usage are the edges rubbing along the court. it’s weird but in such a short time i don’t think the paddle will perform to its hype. prove me wrong.
