The nutrients it contains and ease to eat this medjool dates is amazing. HOWEVER, you need to check the back for the expiration date and feel if the dates are mushy. It needs to be firm and spotless in the plastic peep-hole in order for the top quality to be felt.

These are delicious Medjool dates. Soft and sweet. I’ve bought many packs. I did have to take one back because the dates were spoiled but Target exchanged them with no problem. Most delicious dates I’ve had

These are the Most delicious dates I’ve had. I usually buy my dates from a large retailer but they didn’t have the medjool dates in stock. Bought these on a whim from target and they are so good! Like Carmel sweet. I eat two a day (they’re big) to supposedly help with my last trimester of pregnancy. I recommend this brand.
