joovy Pootler 2-In-1 Pet Stroller And Carrier

I am so glad I opted for the Joovy Pootler when I was searching for a decent pet stroller. I had a Joovy jogging stroller when my daughter was a baby (sixteen years ago!) and it was so well made. I immediately recognized the brand and hoped it was as well-made as that baby stroller was. It is! The assembly was fairly easy, and the stroller is so sturdy. My little Yorkie was a rescue and tends to be afraid of new experiences, loud sounds, etc. I really appreciate that the stroller rolls smoothly and doesn’t have many loud zippers, Velcro, clasps, etc. About the only thing that was at all loud is the foot brake, but we’ll get used to that. I expected an adjustment period for my pup, but she hopped right in and sat down snd enjoyed her ride. I love this product so much that I came straight here to write a review!

It is a well made product and I’m sure we will use it for years to come! Loved how smooth it was and very easy to maneuver around. We went shopping and the storage on the bottom was great. Cannot say enough awesome things about this pet stroller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this stroller a few weeks ago and it has been great for our French Bulldog. It’s perfect for when she gets tired from her walk and even better for taking to a restaurant with outdoor seating. Instead of having her be on the dirty ground, she can comfortably be in her stroller. Love that we can be eye to eye and that she doesn’t have to strain her neck looking up at us. The stroller is a perfect size for getting around tight areas and it handles well. It’s perfect for taking your dog to outdoor shopping malls as well! Our Frenchie loves going in it and looking out. The all around mesh is a big plus for air circulation as well as us being able to see what our dog is up to inside her space!

Hooray for the Pootler!! We can finally go on walks with our pug and enjoy it without having to worry that he will overheat. I can’t say enough good things about it. We went on a walk tonight and both of our small dogs sat in it and enjoyed our time outside. I love that it was super easy to assemble and folds up for easy storage as well. It’s a must have for small pet owners!

It’s lightweight, folds down to a manageable size, and carries both pet, and additional lower section carries MY stuff! The basket lifts easily off the frame, and goes back into the frame, just as well. The canopy over the basket is great, to add security, and shade. Thank you for a great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So many pet strollers make it hard to collapse and store. This one pops right up and folds down nicely for easy storage. My kittens are super excited to get to explore outside while k take walks. They are indoor cats so the complete covering on the carrier makes it easy for me to confidently take my cats out without fear of them running off.

I am blown away by the quality of this pet stroller. The functionality of it too! It securely locks when taking your pet out for a stroll and it then turns into a carrier! It’s compact and even folds up. The wheels are so durable you can easily take this off road on hikes and trails. I can’t WAIT for the weather to warm up and take my hedgehog out to the park with it! It’s a gorgeous design and she absolutely loves it. She gets to check out her surroundings and sniff away while feeling safe and protected. I can’t say enough good things about this luxurious and practical new stroller. If you are looking for a stroller, or didn’t even know you needed one, trust me you will not regret getting one! Very disappointing :( I have the Boot shopping cart and my 9 month cat and I both love it! The basket is roomy so I figured I should just get him the pootler stroller. Plus my cat loves to go outside. I would usually put his backpack in the shopping cart & take him with me (I have neck/spine issues so sometimes it becomes difficult for me to just carry him in the backpack). Now here are the issues & I’m hoping Joovy’s tech team reworks this to make it a better product. The stroller’s width (13”) specs are listed the same as the boot shopping cart. Unfortunately that is not the case. The inside of the carrier is very narrow 10” to be exact. 3” makes a huge difference for a pet. Not to mention, they have more than enough space to rework the carrier frame to be wider & still fit in the frame, not sure why they decided to make it so narrow. A lot of pet warm/cool paddings are standard size 13” wide. Unfortunately, we can’t use any of those in this. Here is the bigger issue - small pet owners be aware. Especially cat owners. The top hole around the carrier handle is very wide. The fabric is stretchy & gets stretched out a lot. Cats are liquid. I tested this at home and my 9 month cat escaped without any struggle. I retested it and put his harness on him and used the provided small leash belt, still escapable. And ends up putting the pets neck at risk of being strangled. Another issue is such a big hole is flies, mosquitoes, other insects can easily enter the carrier. Unfortunately I will be returning this. I really wanted to love it, I was eyeing this for sooooo long :( The best feature is the overall frame, very easy to navigate just like the boot shopping cart, plus the back handle is high enough so it won’t make you hunch. Also, I do like that the carrier itself is all open mesh so the pets can get a full view from every angle, just very very narrow

My pets and I absolutely love the Pootler stroller. It’s perfect for my cat, dog and my ferrets. I love that the carrier closes and easily comes off for easy transport of my smaller pets and the wheels are rugged enough for me to use in the rocky, desert terrain where I live. I’ve never been able to take my cat on walks until now plus it gets me up and moving as well. It’s fun and functional and I’ll be using it regularly. Highly recommend!

The stroller was so easy to set up which I am so grateful for because I am not savvy with set up. It’s incredibly well made and beautiful. I love that it has a detachable carrier, it makes transport so much easier. 10/10 paws approve!

I love this stroller! I have two dogs 12 lbs and 20 lbs and they both fit in their Pootler pretty well. My dogs love their walks but sometimes they get tired when we are out all day so this allows me to take them with me on errands without having to worry about wrangling two dogs at the same time. The stroller kept them safely close to me at a restaurant so I can enjoy my lunch with friends. Each dog can fit in the basket laying down of by themselves. Also it’s so easy to fold and unfold by myself. The frame is pretty lightweight. And the basket is super easy to install and remove. The process takes me less than 30 seconds at my car. Once it’s all our together, it’s so easy to push with the dogs plus my doggy bag being stored underneath the basket. Such a smooth ride! And you can close the lid from either side… I’m looking forward to using the Pootler as much as possible when I take the dogs with me to different places. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take their dogs with the family to any public pet friendly place!

This stroller is a game changer!! I can finally say I have found the perfect way to transport my fur baby everywhere! On trips- shopping- running errands! Stylish-Sturdy! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried a few strollers for our Frenchie because we like to travel with him and the Pootler is by far the best! I love that it folds up so easily and compact. The carrier is super sturdy and my 28lb pup feels very secure in it and has plenty of room to lay down and turn around. It is very easy to steer, so when my dog wants to get out and walk it is easy to manage the stroller with one hand an him with the other. I have taken out on pavement, as well as through grass and gravel and it works great! I highly recommend this stroller for any Frenchie or other small/medium breed dogs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been looking for a pet stroller for a while for our French Bulldog because the concrete can be hot during the summer which makes it unsafe for him to walk while we're out. The Pootler is compact and great for small to medium sized dogs. Our French Bulldog was able to sit or lay down comfortably inside the carrier. It is durable and sturdy as it is able to fold down for easy storage once the carrier is taken out. Also, it has safety locks built in so that the stroller won't roll away if it's on a decline or incline. It may be slightly heavy to carry the carrier with a French Bulldog that is heavier than 25 lbs though so typically we leave the carrier inside the stroller, but it very functional in that aspect. The carrier also opens from both sides which allows for easy access and provides some shade as well. Overall, we're pleased with this pet stroller as it has many features that we like.
