It is dry enough for my as well which I love in a white wine. I put it in the fridge for about 2 hours and it was the perfect temperature. Great drink to have to relax and unwind!

Could easily be consumed daily, as it is a lighter flavored wine. I would also consider this more of a spring/summer white wine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that buying and tasting this wine is incentivized by Influenster so I got very lucky here. This wine is from California and it seems most of the Sauvignon Blanc wines i choose are from NZ so i was anxious to try this one . As always, i really like the smooth semi dry taste. i am not a dry wine person so thankfully this is a little less sweet than a Riesling. I like the fancy gold bottle top and that i could just unscrew it and place it back on top after a glass(or 2)! i am hoping it lasts in my refrigerator for a couple weeks. I bought mine at Publix but Josh Cellars is a popular brand so I am sure you could fine it and the other flavors elsewhere too.
