Boots are lovely, but for a very large calf, it swallowed mine and I have very large calves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for my daughter for Christmas. She has wanted them for a couple years but just asked about 4 weeks ago. I told her they were out so when she opened them she had a great surprise. And, THEY FIT PERFECTLY! She has wide calves - she refers to herself as a "Chonky" gal! They look good both pulled up and slouched down. I think she wants a pair in black as well but I'll have to wait for a sale. I got these on sale and added a discount code so YAY for y'all!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit great, a little bit narrow at the base of my foot but I just wear a thin sock with them and I'm good. Far more comfortable than I was expecting as well. Can wear them many hours pain free. I do think the wide would have been too swimmy so I'm sure these will stretch some and become perfect. Also plenty of room for my larger calf. It's always a struggle in that area, so glad to have found these!!

They did not fit my calves resulting in me having to return them as I wouldn't have been unable to wear them due to the width not actually be extra wide. Very disappointed as these would have been great boots to have for work. I often wonder where they get their information on what extra width should be because it doesn't seem like they actually take measurements from women who have wider calves and would like to be able to have cute boots to wear as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have VERY wide calves and I love that these fit without having to sacrifice cuteness. Sometimes with wide or extra wide items they end up looking so different from the original that you don't like them. Not the case with these. Love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luxe material, beautiful color that was very close to online sample. Perfect length of portion that covers the leg - not too short, not too high. The ruching/slouch factor was nice too. As a girl with large calves, this boot was a PERFECT AND COMFORTABLE fit for my calves, which is so hard to find. Amazingly, it was an easy zip and didn’t pinch my skin or get snagged in my leggings. Perfect heel Height for me. The soles are a little Slippery at first, but I’m sure this will improve with wear ( or, sole covers would work in the meantime). Adequate room in the toe box, so no pinched toes with walking or standing ( as my foot tends to naturally slide down with both). The inner lining is plush/warm/soft which is a bonus. Nice to wear with dresses (don’t need leggings). My only concern/complaint is lack of cushion on inside of boot- a little hard- but, it’s not a deal breaker, for sure: I will try shoe inserts/padding.

I’ve kept both pairs because I like them in general, I just can’t seem to get the color I want due to the differences in the photos.

My concern is that when I did have them on and was walking around my living spaces, the zipper came undone from the bottom up. I may have fixed it? Hopefully it doesnt become an issue. Otherwise, very comfortable and generous room around the calf!
