I love the plant based recipes even though im not vegan, I needed something that didnt take more than 30min-1hr long in the kitchen and was yet palatable. I've been wanting to try an ayurvedic healthy routine mixed with my regular healthy diet.

First of all the quality of the book is amazing. You can tell the whole aesthetic and design of the book was very intentional and I appreciate that in any product. I love how much background and helpful Ayurveda information and insight she provides. Radhi also does a great job of helping you set the foundation and start slow if you’re new to plant based cooking but all of the recipes are some anyone new or experienced with this lifestyle and diet can appreciate and enjoy making. It is a good read and with great content to digest intellectually and literally 🤍
