Received a used and opened item! No one wants to buy a *brand new* item, be excited to get it in the mail, open it to find that it has been used/opened/& tampered with! Even the mirror on the baby toy that hangs had a wrapper that was supposed to be across it and it was clearly ripped off and hand prints & scratches on the mirror. No one wants to put their newborn (or child) on something that was used when it’s supposed to be brand new. Returned to the store the same day I got it in the mail. Won’t be buying baby stuff online again because you don’t know if you’ll be getting something used & returned.
