Eat Just Power Jacks Original Pancakes - 16oz

Unfortunately this tastes exactly like just egg. It does rise, but it’s very spongey and thick, not fluffy at all. It cooks veryyy well though, browns beautifully, which is unfortunate because it tastes terrible. Wish they’d just made a batter without the mung bean in it.

I love pancakes, but don't always feel like making a mess in the kitchen. This is super convenient! You literally just squeeze into a hot oiled pan, flip and you have pancakes. Plus they're 100% vegan and full of protein. Easy, filling and delicision.

Really excited about this, turned out very disappointing. Chewy, had difficulty cutting. No taste except for sponge?

Easiest breakfast ever. Panckes with no mess, in under 5min. Started the coffee maker, turned on the stove, and had a short stack before my coffee even finished brewing.

I thought these were great. Cooked nicely. 5 grams of protein per pancake (1/4 cup of mixture). Will buy again!

I *REALLY* wanted to like these. In theory, great idea. In reality, very rubbery, dense and oily with no flavor. No bready texture at all.

They “look” good BUT the thickness is probably the only good thing about them. They are dense & chewy, virtually no flavor. Both times I ate them it hurt my stomach. Really wanted to love this product (I love Just Egg). The cinon flavor is the same but worse because the cinnamon (cassia) they use seems to be really bad quality & stays on your tongue

Absolutely revolting. Like eating a dry oily gummy sponge no matter how much syrup or peanut butter you drench it in. Felt really sick after eating too.

This was really disappointing because I was excited to try this. Vegan options have started to disappear from shelves so it was nice to see this show up. Packaging is not the greatest. When I was trying to squeeze the mix into the pan I noticed the seam at the top was starting to ooze out. The mixture was also super thick which made it hard to try and get a decent circle. I would rather be pouring this out of jar. Also felt really hard to try and get all the product out of the package (all while trying to do this over a hot stove 😬) which felt like I was waisting product also my hard earned money. Cooking them really didn't have too much of a problem. The taste was horrible. I felt like I was eating a sponge with an odd flavor. This not sweet nor fluffy. Even adding vegan butter and maple syrup did not save this. Not sure if the other flavors (I only found the plain) would be any better. I still wouldn't recommend. I'll stick to my homemade pancakes which taste way better and are more cost effective.
