Love this backpack for my child. It’s nice colors and works great.

Adorable backpack! My daughter is in 2nd grade and loves it. The backpack and lunch bag are well made and sturdy for her. She only brings to school a folder, a school iPad, a pencil case with crayons/pencils, water bottle, and a hoodie. She does bring home 3 weekly library books and a school homework workbook (about the size of a coloring book) without any problems fitting it all in the backpack too. This backpack fits perfectly on her back as a 7-year old. In my opinion, it’s a great backpack and lunch bag for ages 5-9 (or generally grades K-4). If there were heavier books or more items, it would not hold up long-term or be big enough. The cutest and unique part is that her lunchbox snaps onto the front of it! It’s very well attached with two easy-to-snap buckles that she clips onto the lunch bag. There is also velcro on the backpack (underneath where the lunch box snaps in), to hold it in place. No issues at all with my 7-year old attaching and detaching her lunch bag. It also stays in place. There are side pockets for her 17 oz. water bottle. The lunch bag is a standard size. I can easily fit a juice box, sandwich, yogurt packet, pretzels/snacks, and a gel ice pack (purchased separately to keep perishables cold) in the lunch bag. The zippers are sturdy and well made. Finally, the pink design (blue-raspberry) is very cute - bright & cheerful. I am happy with my purchase and hope this review helps you! Happy school year! :-)

She is able to take a packed lunch and the lunch pack attaches to the front of the backpack. The lunch pack is nice and insulated. The colors and design are great and the straps are comfortable for her to carry around the bag on her shoulders. The straps also adjust. I received an incentive to write this review.

My son and daughter both love this backpack and they both feel like they can both use it because there are multiple colors on the bag which would make it unisex for them. They love to carry around their toys, books, and even take it to school sometimes. I love the reflectors on the straps and the matching lunchbox that can connect to the bag itself. Has an interesting detachable front pouch that clips on and velcros so it is secure but I am not sure we would use it especially if you have the matching lunch box already. The front is insulated though so it could probably be used instead of a separate lunch box. But without the front to store smaller items there is limited pockets. It offers a lot of space to hold a laptop, books, water bottles and other pockets. The straps are adjustable for my daughter as she struggles with back issues and she found it be comfortable. I know it says duet but did not realize what that meant haha the lunch box is awesome because it’s a perfect size and secures to the outside of the book bag with clips AND Velcro. So it won’t fall off and doesn’t take room inside the bag I received an incentive to write this review.
