The Kammok Roo Double was designed to maximize compact comfort for bigger, taller campers and backpackers. Made with GravitasX fabric, this hammock is buttery soft, water-resistant, and incredibly breathable. The Double XL is bluesign approved, as the nylon fabric is made from 100% recycled material that would otherwise be in a landfill. Customize your hang with eight gear loops along the side of the hammock to which you can attach your most important gear and accessories that you need quick access to. The loops are also intended for integrating the Roo with other Kammok products. The Double XL neatly packs into an attached roll-top, water-resistant stuff sack about the size of a jar of peanut butter, making it extremely portable. I love my double hammock..HOWEVER..the stand is only a year old and I have ALWAYS had trouble with the “clips” to take it apart..one of them even fell off!!

I love this! The Roo double XL is like the original Roo I used to like so much. It has such a nice flat lay and it doesn’t have the floppy edges that the old Roo used to have. I love the color, as I was waiting for the double to come in something other than grey. With my two firebellys (one as an underwuilt and one as a top quilt) It’s my favorite bed ever. I sleep in it every night when my wife is traveling!

I'm 5'10" and have plenty of room, it comfortably fits me and my grandson. I use the Roo Double XL hammock with my Swiftlet hammock stand and the Weaver. I use the stuff sack as a water bottle holder while I'm in the hammock. I keep my hammock in my car and I travel with it (just in case I find the perfect hang or have an unexpected layover/flight delay). This hammock makes it easier to hang in places others can't because it is longer. The Roo Double XL is perfect for the big and tall.

Absolutely love it. Great for sleeping and even better as a lounge at the camp site. Toss an unzipped sleeping bag in it and it’s a toasty lounge on a cold day. It’s easier and more comfortable then any camping chair, as long as you have a place to hang it

Well I picked one of theses big bad mamajama's up a while back and it's still amazing! While I use my Roo and Roo Double a ton this one tends to go with me on day trips to the park with the fam. Plenty of room. Random people come up to ask where I got this mothership, i share the details of where to get on just like it. And how awesome the company is. Then I tell them the tales of all my adventures in various Kammok's.. Is it weird that I talk about my Kammok's like they are members of the family? I guess to me they are in a way, they go where we go. ;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this. The material is soft and the size is amazing. Easy setup and I was very happy to have made the switch from Eno. My last hammock had held up for a good 6 years but unfortunately, this hammock somehow got a hole in it within three days of very light backyard usage. I also bought a smaller single hammock and am now worried about the durability and may just go back to the Eno for durability. The blankets from Kammok are incredible though and I highly recommend those!

Bought one of these a few months ago to replace my still functional but a little stretched daily driver 3 year old roo double. like others said color variety is a bit lacking (not that I mind hunters orange) my main issues don't stem from the hammok itself but the biners I tend to break the little latch metal latch *not the clip* but the piece that keeps the hammock loops from moving around. I switched to locking heavy carabiners used for climbing and everything seems good but I wish kammok had a locking option for their biners

Got this for my 6 ft 7 tall brother in law for Christmas. He said it was great—perfect size, extremely comfortable and easy to set up/take down (got him the tree straps to go with it). So nice that they have an option for taller people who enjoy spending time outdoors. Only way it would be better is if there were more color choices than orange and black.

We have two double xl’s and love them. I am a big guy and I have spent plenty of time comfortable sleeping in this hammock. They are a big hit with everyone who comes to the house. We hardly use the patio furniture anymore.

Did quite a research before buying this one, wanted a strong, big (fits 2 persons comfortably), long lasting and with a breathing material for comfort in hot climate. cant be more happy with my purchase, best hammock i ever used.

I've had this hammock for 2 years now and it is by far the best one that I have ever owned. I've used it countless times over these past 2 years for overnight backpacking and just hanging out in the park. I pair this hammock with a under-quilt and over-tarp as my sleep system and it works wonders. The best thing about this hammock is the comfort. Whether I am lying with my wife or by myself there is just so much room to sit or lay down comfortably in the hammock. This hammock is very resistant from getting dirty, and when it does get dirty, it's super easy to clean! I love the loops around the outside of the hammock because they allow me to properly set up any under-quilt for sleeping or just a windy day of hammocking. I plan to always use this hammock, even if I have to get a new one in the future!
