Kank-A Triple Action Gel combines effective ingredients to help relieve mouth pain caused by canker sores, tooth and gum discomfort, dentures or braces irritation, and other mouth sores. The maximum strength formula with 20% benzocaine provides immediate, long-lasting pain relief. Kank-A Triple Action Gel contains 5% menthol to help cool and sooth irritated, inflamed tissue inside the mouth. The advanced canker sore treatment kills 99% of germs leaving behind a fresh feel. Kank-A, now available in a fresh-flavored gel, delivers a refreshing taste, making reapplication convenient and pleasant.

Stings a little at first

Numbs the pain

The product is a gel that contains benzocaine 20% and menthol 2% oral anesthetic analgesic to relieve pain. lt was easy to apply and left a cooling sensation, helping to soothe the canker sore. I would use this product for one off treatments of canker sores, but would be worried about long term use.

It’s easy to apply but it may ooze out depending on how you cut the tip to apply the gel. It has a strong menthol scent. It’s affordable and the packaging makes it easy to apply the gel on specific areas orally.
