The cereal has more protein than most others, which is nice. The flavor of the chocolate clusters reminds me of CoCo Wheat hot cereal. I don’t get much vanilla from the oat flakes, but I like the crunchiness.

The flakes and the clusters are both very crunchy. The ingredients seem to be good, and I like that it's organic. It also has fiber that is so important for us older folks. The carb content is higher than I would like, and some of that is due to the 11g of added sugar. But at least it's cane sugar and not high fructose corn syrup.

The flakes also didn’t get soggy either. I like how the packaging design is straight to the point and easy to open. There’s also a little word search on the back too.

Despite the name, there were hardly any "clusters”, it was mostly just regular cereal pieces, which made it feel a little misleading. The cocoa flavor was decent, but the amount of added sugar was way more than I expected from a brand like Kashi. Sweeter than I was hoping for. One interesting thing I did notice, though, was the amount of iron…it’s actually pretty high, which is kind of cool if you're watching your nutrient intake. Still, the sugar content and lack of actual clusters make it hard to justify buying again.
