Katie's Black Garlic Frozen Pizza - 14.89oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a bit of an interesting one. I am not really a fan of brick style pizza and this pizza from Katie’s did not change that opinion. I cooked this on the middle rack for 12 minutes at 425 F which is the max time recommended. I checked on it around 9 minutes and it looked like it needed a bit more time so proceeded to 12 minutes. This really was more of a flatbread than a pizza. There is no sauce, so it’s very dry. I also think I overcooked it, so could be partially my fault. The middle was so much thinner than the outside so that got extra crisp like a cracker. The garlic paste stuff kind of tastes like it had cinnamon or nutmeg- some warm spice which was strange. The burrata was decent, not really melty but chewy like fresh uncooked mozzarella. The flavor was decent, it could use more garlic in my opinion. There were 3 little cloves of garlic that were on one corner of the pizza, so distribution wasn’t really there with that. I don’t think I’d buy this again but if I did I would cook it for 10 minutes on a pizza pan and see how that goes.

The black garlic has hints of sweetness and the burrata cheese was spaced out just enough that every bite still had some. Compliments from the whole family. Everyone loved it!

So delicious!!! Will be buying again and excited to try the other pizzas! Yum!

It was sealed nicely in the packaging and kept frozen until baking for 8-12 min at 425. I baked mine for 9 min and it was perfect. The crust is thin and it is bursting with garlic flavor. I would definitely purchase this again.

It tasted like a pizza I would order from a restaurant, the cheese and sauce, ratio or perfect, and the Barada was an extra special ingredient that put it all together to make one of the best frozen pizzas I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend.

I did feel like the garlic cooked a bit faster than the rest of the pizza so it was almost burnt and slightly dry in those spots. I like the bursts of burrata throughout but would prefer more cheese everywhere. It has great flavor compared to the regular frozen pizzas. Definitely quality ingredients. Overall it was a decent pizza and bakes well when following the instructions. I don’t think this was the flavor for me but i’m definitely going to try the others.

I'd give this a zero rating if that was an option. It was flavorless from the cheese to the crust, but with an overwhelming garlic taste. My husband and I ate less than one piece and threw the rest away. I won't buy this brand again.

This was so delicious!! It’s a little pricey but worth it imo. Still cheaper than delivery pizza and tastes quality!

The black garlic is delicious, and you can tell the crust is high quality. If it had more cheese it would actually be a meal, and be pretty much perfect. At this price point I don’t expect them to skimp on ingredients. I would purchase this again, but only if it was about 50% cheaper.

It is on the smaller side but works nicely as we have a really small freezer and can’t usually have pizza at home because of it. This would be perfect for an at home date night shared with a special person or eat the whole thing by yourself 😋

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had. Dry and flavorless. I couldn't even taste the black garlic. Their other pies might be better because they have sauce on it.

I usually enjoy the pizza, but I bit into a small piece of plastic packaging that was baked into the pizza. This was really concerning, as it could easily have been swallowed or caused harm. I’d strongly recommend the brand review its packaging and food-handling process to prevent contamination and potential microplastics from ending up in the food. Food safety should always be the top priority.

The burrata cheese was a nice touch instead of the traditional mozzarella. The combination of the two was insanely good. It was super easy to cook and the texture of the crust was great.
