A: It is a lovely fabric and weight, not water resistant I don't think. And it's so big. I'm petite, 5'2. I ordered an XS and it touched the floor and hung several inches past my hands.

Understanding the coat runs big and has shoulder pads, as per the description. It also mentioned "menswear inspired" (style of the 80s). I sized down. I agree with another reviewer, the material does resemble felt. It also has a "satin feel" lining. I was caught off guard upon receiving the coat. The description did state "Heavyweight" but in my experience it is usually interpreted that its suitable for very cold days. But in this case, "heavyweight" is being used in the literal sense. The coat is very heavy. Heaviness does not equate warmth. I did not see myself walking around Rockerfeller Center this Christmas wearing this coat. I would have tired in a short amount of time - like I did when I walked from my car to the store to return it.

The style and fabric are AMAZING! I think it did run a bit big though. I ordered a M and a S would have been perfect. It’s a bummer that these limited edition collections are SO limited that you are unable to exchange for a different size if needed.

So I'm petite, I'm aware. I ordered an extra small thinking maybe that would work. The coat literally touched the floor and hung several inches over my hands. My husband who is 6' tried on the coat and it just fit him. When folks are saying oversized, it's like VERY oversized. If you're under 6', don't try to wear this coat.

Super beautiful coat, excellent quality. As others stated, it’s extremely oversized. I hate that this line wasn’t available at all Target’s. I was able to get this item shipped to me, but now it’s sold out. So torn! Super big miss! You need to go down 2 sizes.

Pros: Great weight and length. Cons: Size is way off, even for an oversized coat. I normally wear M/L. I purchased a M because I knew it would run bigger but it’s the best big. In addition there are no working pockets in this coat. There are faux pockets, which I’m not a fan of. I’m upset that this item, just like all the other items are sold out so I can’t try it in a small. This line still hasn’t hit any stores within 100 mile radius of me. I’ve also checked locations in other states where I have family and friends and none of their stores have the line either. It would be nice if there was a way for us to know what date they’re planning to rollout the line to each store.

Great looking coat; well made; good weight; solid seams. However, it looks almost two sizes too big for me. I typically wear a medium but that size in this coat is way off. I realize some fashion is meant to be worn a little looser, but I'm unable to pull it off in this coat. Waiting for Small to come back in stock.

Lovely true navy color. The coat is full length and well made but the proportions and sizing are wayyyy off. I am a solid medium/10 at 5’6” and 160lbs. I am swimming in this coat. The shoulders are very exaggerated and hang well past my actual shoulder. Really wanted this to work out but it’s a miss for me. Returning,
