The textures and flavors make this cookie unique. I put these cookies in my cookie jar to keep them fresh but my family ate them so fast the jar wasn't needed. Not s favorite but not a bad cookie . I prefer softer . These have an almost powdery feel on the inside but guess that is the shortbread in there .

They have changed the recipe for these completely. They used to be just like girl scout samoas but I guess they decided to cheap out. The cookie part is as hard as a rock. You can hardly even bite through them. And there is absolutely no flavor. They are so bland. No coconut or caramel to speak of. It's sad how the generic is better than name brand now. Go back to the old recipe

These cookies are delicious and taste the same as the girl scout version. However, they have peanut flour. I luckily outgrew my peanut allergy from childhood but this could be really dangerous if someone doesn't read the ingredients since the front label doesn't indiciate anything to do with peanut flour and you wouldn't suspect it to be in this cookie.
