    new recipe, no good

    i bought a new box this week and the crackers are a completely different texture than before, no longer nice and bubbly and crisp, just a different cracker entirely. old recipe was great please bring it back

    Horrible new recipe. Huge disappointment.

    New recipe is HORRIBLE. Used to be my favorite cracker, would purchase weekly. These new crackers are inedible. Flat, tasteless, awful quality. PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA! Will not be able to purchase these again. Huge disappointment.

    New recipe is terrible

    Reformulation is HORRIBLE. Flat, tasteless, awful quality. Used to be my favorite cracker. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL!!! Extremely disappointed. Will never purchase again.

    Can't enjoy these anymore with the new recipe

    These were my safe food for many, many years—I'm overly familiar with their original recipe. They were aerated and crisp, had a really addictive crunch. Ever since the beginning of this month (April 2026), they started showing up flat and dimpled, as if improperly leavened. The taste is more like a stale Wheat Thin. I thought I'd gotten a bad batch, but I guess this is their new recipe? I'm so sad I can't eat enjoy these anymore, they were my absolute favorite snack.

    Tastes Terrible!

    Horrible now, the original ones were very good. Must be a new recipe, the crackers are so thin, hard and flat. No salt on top, and now flavorless and stale tasting.

    Disappointment!

    So disappointed! Used to be our favorites, bought every grocery trip. But whatever you've done to change them is horrible. Flat. Thin. Tasteless. Awful. Totally lost our business. Not interested in coupon for your now substandard product. Just change it back.

    What did you do to these crackers? I bought a box of the Everything pita crackers this week & they are completely different than the boxes I bought before. Flat, flavorless & taste stale. After reading other reviews, it doesn't seem like I just got a bad batch, it appears you have completely changed the product & ruined it.

    Please change them back!

    I have bought these specifically for years. Now they are terrible! Thin, undercooked, bland and not even close to what they were. I won’t buy them anymore unless they are made the old way again. What a huge disappointment. I used to buy 2-3 boxes per month for our family.

    Terrible New Recipe

    Loved these crackers but they’ve changed the recipe and I immediately noticed they were thinner, but also lacked flavor. These were my go-to cracker for all dips because they were hearty and wouldn’t break. I’m so sad that your company felt that pocketing more money was more important than a quality product.

    Terrible since recent change to recipe.

    Have enjoyed the sea salt pita crackers for many years. Always had a box in my cupboard. The new recipe is absolutely terrible. They are flat, not airy, bland/tasteless and too hard. Not sure why you decided to ruin a good product. I will no longer purchase these.

    No longer good

    I used to eat these everyday with my hummus for lunch. Brought them to parties and raved about them. For a few months now I've noticed there is hardly any salt, they're too flat and taste stale or just unflavorful compared to what they used to be. I thought maybe I kept getting a bad batch. Came here to see that no, they must've changed the entire recipe. I've tried other crackers and none are as good as these used to be. I guess I'm going to have to keep looking unless they end up changing it back to the way it was. Sad. Back last summer I got a few boxes that were super salty and I loved that!!

    TERRIBLE!

    These crackers used to be soooo good! I would buy 2 boxes every week! Now that they have changed the recipe-they are awful! They taste stale, hard and are very bland! I just gave the two boxes I bought last week away!!!! Disgusting! Town House-PLEASE go back to your original crackers! These are awful now! You just lost a customer!
