I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BRACELET! It's so cute, delicate, and the color is gorgeous. I own 2 of them, and the other day I got it in magenta. OH MY GOSH. It arrived tangled in a haphazardly crushed box. Kendra usually packages its products in a pretty bag or box. I didn't get any of that, only the tangled bracelet in a brown, dented box.

Beautiful bracelet...poor customer service response.
I placed a drive up gift order so I did not have to leave my car, only to discover the bracelet attached to a plastic cylinder, likely a security tag when I got home. I called the store 5 times with no one answering, then called online customer service. I wanted to know how to remove the cylinder, as I cannot return to the store before the birthday party. Unfortunately, no help.

The bracelet is beautiful and very delicate. But it was shipped in a flat paper bag package with not padding. I was so glad that it wasn’t broken. But it should have been bubble wrapped or something. Not just thrown in a flat package.

Kendra Scott from Target NEVER AGAIN
The bracelet is beautiful. Delivery was to be before Christmas; arrived after. The bracelet was thrown in a mailer with no protection. It was all tangled causing the slider to be difficult to adjust. I order KS from Amazon with no issues. Through Target you do not receive the jewelry pouch or the box ;KS is cheaper through Target. However to through a piece of jewelry in a mailer… Never again.

This is a gift for my 11 year old daughter but i think it’s going to be way too small for her. This is so tiny and delicate: not worth the price. Definitely would not fit an adult unless you’re an adult that weighs like 30lbs.

it was cute for the first while but began to tarnish super easily, which confused me because my other kendra bracelets never did. ended up turning my wrist green so i had to throw it away. I would recommend paying a bit extra and getting the real one off KS website or store.

Cute bracelet butttttt.. for $30 I expect the material to not tarnish and turn green. When I would wash my hands the chain would get a little wet and it turned green after a week. Also I wore this to the grocery store and the chain got caught on the metal cart and it broke. Overall it’s super cute but cheap materiel that definitely won’t last. 🤷🏻♀️
