Q: I asked a few days ago and never got a response back every time I set the clock on this microwave it always goes back to military time I set it like the instructions tell me to do.
A: that has not helped me because 12/24 never appears. Any suggestions
submitted bySte - 11 months agoA: Thank you for your question. To switch between settings on the clock Press the Timer/Clock button and hold for 3 seconds to select the 12-hour clock option. Press again to select the 24-hour clock option. To change the time, press the number pad and enter the current clock time. For example, if the time is 8:30, press "8,3,0" in order. Press the Timer/Clock pad again to confirm.

Q: what is the toxic burning plastic smell ? my first try had the kitchen evacuated washed it , checked for some hidden tape or sticker. tried it again. 45 sec! full toxic event

Q: how far are the feet set from the edge of the microwave?

Q: Every time I set the clock to the correct time, within 30 seconds it reverts back to the time it displayed when I plugged it in. I followed the directions to the letter. Is it bad directions?
A: Before you set the time, press clock for 3 seconds. After you set the time, press the clock button again.

Q: Can I set a specific number of minutes or only the preset times like 1-6? If so, what is the process to select actual time wanted?
A: From the picture I have a guess: tap the button labeled "Clock/timer: clock hold for 3 seconds" then tap the numbers for how many seconds, then tap "Start" (Start only adds 30sec when already running)

Q: Plugged in and ran for the first time. It's making a loud buzzing noise and vibrating loudly. Is there something wrong or is this unit just loud in general?
