Q: I asked a few days ago and never got a response back every time I set the clock on this microwave it always goes back to military time I set it like the instructions tell me to do.

A: I followed the instructions to set the time, but after a few moments it reverts to the time it arrived with.
submitted byCIC - 2 years agoA: Thank you for your question. To switch between settings on the clock Press the Timer/Clock button and hold for 3 seconds to select the 12-hour clock option. Press again to select the 24-hour clock option. To change the time, press the number pad and enter the current clock time. For example, if the time is 8:30, press "8,3,0" in order. Press the Timer/Clock pad again to confirm.

Annoying and broke quickly
The microwave is absolutely tiny, but whatever that’s on me for not reading the description better. The real issue is it broke after 2 months—door locked up and won’t unlock/reopen. Also when it was working you have to press the stop button twice before you can open it which is annoying.

This microwave was junk!!! When you heat anything that needed heated over 5 minutes it will over heat and completely shut the whole thing down and you can not use it. The top it so hot it burnt my hand! The manufacturer told me to return it to target this was a terrible experience!!!!

The microwave is decent enough for what we use it for. Either to heat up a cup of coffee or some leftovers or make microwave popcorn. Yes, it’s small. No, it’s not mighty, but that’s not what we needed. It sits on the counter for us and we wanted it to be decent looking, functional and not take up too much space.

Not good
Terrible. It worked ok for a couple days. Now it makes some horrible sound like metal crunching. You can’t put in a manual time. You have to use the minutes and 30 seconds buttons.

Lastly, it does heat up in a matter of seconds and I like the lock feature on the microwave. You can’t simply just pop the door open if it has time left on it. Following noise is normal. Buzzing or humming are often from the magnetron (the part that generates microwaves) and the fan noise helps cool the internal components. Clicking or popping can come from the turntable motor or food splattering.

No cook time, popcorn is a fail
Meh. It's small and great for a dorm, but is missing some key features. For example, there is no time cook feature… so you can only cook in 60-second increments. You can add 30 seconds to the cook time if you want, but there's no way to pick an exact amount of time to cook. It's so small that a full-size bag of microwave popcorn will not turn inside of it. Also, the extension cord is very short and annoyingly difficult to position in one's kitchen if there are a shortage of outlets. Finally, I've had it for about a week (having only used it a total of four times) and sometimes it makes a clicking sound. I don't know if it's the plate inside the microwave turning, or if it's the microwave itself. Not feeling super confident in this thing. In the end you get what you pay for. Sigh.
