Nothing Free or Easy About Returning
I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it shows up with a dent, not a huge deal, but to get it replaced is a big hurdle. After more than 30 minutes on chat, I finally asked the agent to have the post office pick it up. It's like jumping through hoops. It wasn't our fault there was a dent. I'm highly frustrated with Target's policy of returning an item and getting a replacement. The one star rating is because of Target, not the actual item.
