A: The refrigerator should be located in a completely flat surface. Please leave 2 inches of clearance on each side and the back of the appliance. The location should be firm and flat. An un-securely position may cause noise and libration: (a)The noise may be increased if the floor is not firm. (b) Put a sheet under the appliance for solving the heat emission if you need to locate it onto a carpet.

A: Use the control dial to control the temperature of the refrigerator manually. The numbers shown on the dial does not represent the temperature: Turn the knob to state "4" for normal use. Turn the knob to state "1-3" for warmer temperature. Turn the knob to state "5-7" for cooler temperature.

Disappointed, shame for the product!
I read many reviews before considering to buy it. I was hoped mine would be working great as a normal fridge. Turning out it is still like all other reviews said, are true. My fridge arrived in damaged condition. It's a bit noise like those cheap mini fridge in hotel. Also, when it's at the coldest 7, the freezer froze everything so dang hard, and the fridge (top shelf) is frozen in ice too >"< . But uf I turned it down to 6, all stuffs in the freezer are melt down, my ice cream was soft right away, the top shelf fridge is quite cold ok. Dear manufacturer, can you please make this product to be a normal fridge freezer? Dear Target, can you sell something has great functional and make sure no damage for the product you delivered to us? I heard Kenmore is a well reliable brand name, but for this product, I'm not so sure about it anymore.
