Kent Men's Avondale 26" Cruiser Bike - Black

Bought this bike to be a backup to my scooter now my scooter is the backup. Great suspension and smooth ride. Easy to assemble the bike came in a box with no damage. Great Christmas deal for 105 dollars. Thank you so much !!!

Nice bike, but it was damaged when I received it. The front fork would not turn more than a few degrees. I had to return it to Target.

I spent hours assembling this bike. Could I have taken 1/5 of the time? Yes. But it was a graduation gift for my kid and I was triple checking brakes, steering, pedals, etc. The worst part though? I work my way to the rear of the bike and discover that the derailleur? (gear setup on rear axle) is bent. Not just a little. It’s bent into the spokes. I can’t even ride it to test it. I tried gently to bend it back the other way but I feared damaging it too much that I wouldn’t be able to return it. Which is what I did: returned it. It was a sleek looking bike. And I can’t tell if the damage came from shipping or not, but the bike is useless. I wasn’t going to pay a third party shop to try and repair the bike at that point when who knows what else might be an issue. I opted to return it that night to my local Target (thank you for being so freaking awesome!!) and bought a slightly more expensive bike that was already assembled in the store and worked perfectly.

Quality is bad. The front wheel is not straight. I have to bring it to the bike shop for a repair. Not returnable due to opened box and assembled it already then I realized the front wheel is wobbling.

Do not buy! It will come damaged. It’s absolutely insane at both how it’s handled and the way it’s packaged.

The box was torn and the contents inside were broken.

Worst packaging and delivery . They damaged the bike and no one is helping from customer care or guest relations. All they say is 5$ gift card will be provided. UPS is not ready for home pick up .

Difficult to assemble (for someone who has never assembled a bike before), and the chain keeps falling off the bike. The bike is squeaky, the break pads are not center, I had to figure out how to tighten them, and now the derailer is having issues. I’ve had this bike for about 2 weeks and am dreading how the return process will work.

Loved the price, the suspension, the size. And the cargo rack on the back. Hated the way it was shipped. Box was damaged and interior packaging lead to a bent rim on one wheel. I wouldn’t even blame the shipper. I’d blame the engineering in the creation of how to ship the bike. Brakes are hard to adjust. The manual was hard to understand with little visuals to know what each part is called. My college student thinks it will be ok for them as they navigate at school.

The good: it works as a bike. The bad: I had a bad feeling because the outer cardboard had holes in it, but the body was scratched. Some of the screw holes were crushed, probably because the product experienced a return. The rear wheel luggage rest was hard as if the screws that were installed from the beginning had been welded in place, and I ended up not being able to install it.

The front wheel was warped i'd adjust the spokes. The decale on the upright part of the frame was all wrinkled very sloppy I just might remove it.

Don’t buy this bike. An aluminum bike is good because it is lightweight. However, you can’t package an aluminum bike like this; the way it’s packaged almost guarantees a bent front wheel. If you do buy this bike, check the front wheel before proceeding with assembly.

The bike arrived damaged, but I didn't notice the damage until it was almost fully assembled. Luckily, the return process was easy as can be. I ordered this bike again because I could tell it was a really nice bike, especially for the price. Shipping damage aside, it just looked so good. As an added bonus, it has a kickstand, which is not mentioned at all in the listing.

Super happy with how well this bike rode today. Also, super impressed that it has a comfortable seat attached, 21 speeds, and a rear rack.

Loving the rear rack. I only ride bikes with these kind of racks because they're practical and haven't had a bad experience since. This bike should be your next purchase for sure, going to be mine!

Trying to find a well-made bike that is affordable has been difficult these past few months. After trying out myself safe to say this really is a winner of bike.
