Q: It says that the color of this Keurig K-Supreme Plus Smart Single-Serve Coffee Maker is "black"but it is actually black stainless that scratches easily. Are all of this type black stainless?

Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

A: No, the K-Supreme Plus SMART doesn't have a timer, however, once you connect your brewer to your Wi-Fi, many benefits and features are available through the Keurig App including remote brew and schedule a brew. We hope this is helpful!
