Kichler Lighting Ali 8 - Light Chandelier in Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chandelier really does look pretty nice once you're able to get it wired and hung. The black metal and light gray sconces look very contemporary and streamlined. The shades for each sconce are fabric, which I worry will collect dust and be difficult to clean. I'd rather they be made from a different material. But overall the look is pretty. The installation and wiring, however, was pretty trying. All steps were easy to understand and similar to other fixtures, but it was such an awkward and uncomfortable installation. The fixture itself is very large and the arm that hangs is extremely long. But, you can't get your arms through the openings to be able to wire and hang. Nothing was difficult to understand, but it was just physically very difficult to hang this. Very tiring. Even with a second person holding, it's just really difficult to get to the top of the bar that hangs.

I absolutely love how this light has really brightened my kitchen up with the 8 different lights and made it look so much more modern. I also love the black color as it matches my kitchen so well. The size at 38.5 is perfect and looks so good over my round table. This is by far one of the best chandeliers I have found not only for the style but for the brightness. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to update or replace their current light fixture as you will not be disappointed in this one.

This product is made with high quality materials and will amplify the look of your home. The chandelier was meticulously packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. You do need to know about electrical installation otherwise it’s highly recommended that you have a professional install the chandelier. If you’re looking for that high end look, then this is the chandelier for you. A bit of farmhouse and a bit modernistic, with clean lines and sophistication. I highly recommend this light fixture.

Included a new mounting bracket and enough extension rod for whatever length needed. Easy to put together, wire, and hang. The black metal appears to be of good quality and the shades are bright white. The shades sit nicely on each mount. This particular Kichler light fits our kitchen decor perfectly and visitors comment on how beautiful it is.
