Have not received any of my order
Ordered 3 items, have received none of them. Two apparently got stuck in transit due to unreadable labels and are now the replacements are inexplicably backordered. This item was backordered from the start. Have not received, the order tracking mechanism on the site doesn't work. The whole site is AI, the help desk is AI, good luck finding a human to help. Also, they dba under several different business names and all the emails come from different businesses. Likely canceling my order.
