Love the kid size as it fit his head perfectly and stayed on really well. Such an awesome hat for the price. Will be perfect if he dresses up like a witch for Halloween or if he just wants to wear it around for the Halloween season. The perfect accessory to have. Target sent this hat in a small box that was far too small to fit the hat. The rim of the hat came broken.

She wants to be a witch for Halloween so we have been trying to put together a witches costume for her. I was glad to find this hat at and affordable price. It has a soft feel to it not like the cheap plastic ones. My daughter loves the way it fits and how it looks with her costume. There’s not any stretch or give to it but it fits on my 8 year olds head ok. If she makes any sudden movement of her neck, it shifts and has to be adjusted back on her head. For Halloween, this is a cute little witches hat. But if your kid is really shift, you may search for a hat with elastic that will stretch to their head so it stays put without becoming frustrating.
