[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This costume was awesome! My son loves Mario so I was very happy to get this one! The fabric was very soft and breathable. The hat was a little weird shaped but still worked. It feels built to last and I’m happy that it’s big enough to get multiple uses out of it.

This is your standard kids’ Halloween costume, but it got the job done! My son wanted to be Mario for the third time in a row, so he’s outgrown the costume we had. The material is honestly very thin and cheaply made, so you probably want to make sure they don’t wear it before trick-or-treating because it tears easily. For what it costs, though, it’s a decent costume, and it came with a stick-on mustache. My son is a size 8 and he wore a Medium in this, which was almost too short. He probably could’ve worn a large as well, but the store was sold out.

It fits a 5 year old perfectly. The hat was a little big, though. The mustache is pretty much a one-time use since it doesn't seem to stick much one you remove it after the first use. I think it's a fun costume, and we will definitely keep it and play dress up!

He is very pleased, now he is always in this suit. Comfortable, the fabric material can be made a little better, the child needs to wear something under the suit. Cool design, real Mario! 😍

Quality is so poor I had to review. Not even out of the package yet, and stitching is coming undone around collar and bottom of pants. Would likely not survive an hour of trick or treating, let alone parades, class parties, and trunk or treats. Returned.

My 6 year old loves Mario so for price we’ll keep it. But the Velcro in the back does snag easily, as another review mentioned. My son tried it on and it snagged the fabric in two places and made a mark. The hat was also completely smashed on one side which is to be expected with shipping. But even when I tried to poof it up it looked uneven - could be manufacturing issue. But the black band underneath is also awkward so it just doesn’t lay quite right. However, some of the other review pics looked normal so maybe we just got a bad hat? We’re gonna make it work but overall not impressed.

I’m surprised all the reviews are positive. I ordered both Mario and Luigi for my boys. The costumes themselves are adorable, but the fabric is sooooo incredibly thin and delicate and became damaged just from trying on. The Velcro used to close the back snags the fabric, and I’m not talking a little snag. I mean full runs in the fabric and actual small holes. I returned right away, which was a bummer bc I did appreciate the slimmer fit of these costumes vs the more awkward cut of most Mario and Luigi costumes on the market. Either way, I would not expect longevity out of these, and I would handle with extreme care if you choose to purchase.

It looked great on him and made him feel like a true superhero! I highly recommend this costume for any young Mario fan. Great for halloween or dress up play.
