Q: 2022 model. Does chair have strap in addition to strap on bag? Is SAND really a problem with the chair's locking system. I like the flat seat but want to use it on beach.... Different colors?

A:Â Yes, the chair itself does have a carry strap so you can carry the chair in it's closed, locked position. The Dual Lock is not recommended for the beach. Sand does have the ability to compromise the lock.

Q: I'm looking for a chair that sits upright. I don't want a reclined seat or one that's hard to get out of. Can anyone give any insight as to how far back these sit?

A:Â This chair does sit fairly upright; it is not a sling/lounger style chair. The chair is very easy to get in and out of. This chair has a no-sag seat that is the signature of our Dual Lock seating experience.

Q: Can you tell me what kind of bolts are used for the legs? I have a chair like this but one of the bolts came loose and I didn’t know it. Everything else is perfect. Don’t want to have to buy a new one if i can find the right type of bolt.

A:Â It is not suggested to use at the beach. Sand can cause issues with the locking mechanism.

Q: Does this chair require assembly and if so how complicated is it?

A:Â This chair does not require assembly. To lock in the open position you push the lock on the right side of the chair and push down on the arms. To close simply press the lock and pull the chair together.

I purchased 2 chairs and within about 3 weeks both chairs are coming apart at the seams in the seat. All people that have used the chairs are well below the weight limit as well.

After about 7 uses over the last year, one ripped and the other one is showing signs of ripping. This happened during a four day camping trip and fortunately the ripped chair last through the trip but is garbage now.

The weight limit on this chair is bogus. I sat my 120 lb self in this chair just a few times before the seat started to rip at the seams like others have posted. Not worth the money or hassle.

Just received this product today so I can only give a review off of first impressions. This chair is crazy comfortable and roomy. I have thick thighs and normally lawn chairs dig into my legs but with this chair that wasn't the case. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because it came in with dried dirt streaks on the back on the chair so I'm sure it was used.

This chair is very roomy and supportive for a six-foot man with married proportions. While it is tall such that a five foot tall person may have her feet dangling, it is sturdy and wide enough for shorter folks to sit with legs criss-crossed comfortably. The chair is very sturdy and worth the extra cost compared to a much less supportive, smaller, shorter Coleman mesh chair, for instance. Great buy; will get more colors for the family.
