About the Author
John Leguizamo is a Golden Globe nominee and Tony Award-winning actor, stand-up comedian, producer, playwright, screenwriter, and director. Born in Colombia and raised in New York City, John's acting career spans decades, and his work celebrates Latinx life on stage and in film. Kiki and the Can is his first picture book.John "CRASH" Matos is a renowned graffiti artist born and raised in the Bronx, New York. He curated the groundbreaking "Graffiti Art Success for America" at Fashion MODA, launching the graffiti movement that remains active to this day. CRASH has been part of numerous museum and gallery shows around the world focusing on graffiti and street art, and has works in many permanent museum collections. He continues to work and show both locally and internationally. He is the co-owner of the contemporary art gallery WALLWORKS NEW YORK and the co-owner of Wallworks TWO, a locally driven retail boutique, both located in the Bronx.
