I'm kind of in between with this one. The mixed berry flavor is nice, but it's too sweet for a bar marketed as healthy. I wouldn't buy it again.

However, this had just a subtle taste of banana which was perfect for me. The texture was pleasant and had just the right chewiness to it. I did notice right away the little seeds in my mouth but that didn’t bother me as much. I did feel the “energy” part from it. As it sustained me for a few hours. I really want to purchase this to keep on hand for those moments I need an extra boost in energy.
