Microplush Bed Blanket - Threshold™

Gifted the blanket from our wedding registry, we have purchased other colors before and for some reason the green blanket was destroyed after the first wash and dry. Never had issues like this before but very disappointed with this.

I love these blankets. I started buying them about 1 million years ago when you could get them on black Friday for $20 apiece. We use them on all the beds in our house and replace them about every three or four years. The price has gone up a bit, and I think that they are now discontinuing them altogether, which makes me outrageously sad. I bought more than I would care to admit of them this time around when they were on sale because I don’t think I’ll be able to get them in the future. They’re very very soft. They wash easily And they’re cozy! They do eventually mat up, which is why we replace them, but the price point is still low enough that we can afford it and we end up repurposing the old blankets for all kinds of other things! We use them as insulation on our bedroom curtains to keep The rooms cooler in the summer, we use them as packing blankets, and at the end of their life, the make it to the rag bag. I wish they’d keep making this item.

Started shedding pretty bad after a week and one wash.

Love this blanket. Soft and cozy. This was my 3rd purchase because my granddaughter loves mine and was so excited they had it in pink.

The blanket pills and sheds. I have washed it (gentle/bulky) extra rinsed and fluff dry a few times but it continues to shed onto everything it touches including my dog, my grandson’s clothes and hair. At this point it seems it will keep shedding until nothing is left of it. I didnt return it because I had washed it, thinking a second or third wash would take care of the issue but it has not. $50 in the trash, I am finally giving up on it.

Very obviously USED return that Target then shipped out. The fleece was visibly rough and matted. The blanket was not rolled and fastened with two plastic "clips" that the new blankets in the store have. DISGUSTING. This is bedding. I had to drive to Target to return the item which negated the reason for shopping online.

Soft and luxirious. Thinking of buying another.

I absolutely love this blanket! It’s the perfect weight for my son, who tends to get warm while sleeping. It looks beautiful folded at the end of the bed, especially with the stripes showing when everything is neatly made. The colors are even more vibrant and attractive in person than they appear online. I would definitely purchase this item again!

I loved the hunter green color, and texture of this blanket initially. However, when I went to wash it lint balls clumped up on the blanket. I tried using it after, and my sheets were covered in green lint.

We have the gray/coffee one as our comforter and the pine colored green one on our guest bed and neither one sheds. They are incredibly soft and warm. My kid steals my blanket all the time so I just bought him his own. Never had a problem with washing it and both are perfect after 2+ years

Shed everywhere and disintegrated even more upon washing. Had to throw it out. Bought the same blanket 2 years ago and didn’t have any issues with that one so not sure what changed

I fell in love with the color of this blanket. I have the same blanket in deep purple that I got several years ago. I got it home and threw it in the washing machine and went by the tag directions. After washing and drying I immediately took it from the dryer and put it on the bed. The piling is horrible!! Several spots on the blanket actually look like Sherpa material. I’m so sad that it looks like this. I am hoping after the next washing it will look better.

$40 down the drain. This blanket is so soft but sheds so BAD. I’ve never had a blanket like this shed on me. Woke up with lint all over my clothes. Had to use a lint roller. Gonna have to throw it out.

super soft but shedding is endless. I want to love this blanket so bad, it is so soft to touch and comfy but it ruins everything. Even after several washes, it just pills and sheds everywhere. No way to make it stop falling apart. I would not recommend, such a same it'll need to be thrown out.
