King of Christmas 7.5ft Cypress Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree Unlit, Hinged Xmas Trees with Metal Stand

I am leaving a review about this tree without having taken it out of it's box...because I bought it after the holidays and am waiting until next year to open. The review I'm leaving is for their customer support. I made a mistake while purchasing online and didn't catch it until a few days later. They responded quickly and helped me fix my mistake without any hassle. This is a company that I can get behind. Plus i'm pretty sure that the tree will be awesome, as several you tubers said it was their favorite and it looked beautiful in their homes, so I don't think that I'll be disappointed with my purchase.

I purchased the 9' Cypress Spruces as my first artificial tree. The purchasing process was very easy, and someone helped me over the phone. The tree arrived within two business days. Although it was a well-designed tree, was full and the assembly was very easy, it was too perfect looking for someone that is used to having a REAL tree and still trying to ease into the ownership of an artificial tree. That being said, King of Christmas couldn't have been better in helping me return the tree and get a full refund. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having the perfect-looking tree that is well built. I really can't say enough about the customer service for returning the tree for a full refund, minus shipping costs, since I wasn't purchasing another tree from them or doing an exchange. The key is to save your original packaging until you're absolutely certain this is the tree for you, so that you have the ORIGINAL packaging to ship it back to them in. Also make sure you send it back by their Dec 20th deadline. These things are not hard to comply with and it makes any exchange/return so easy! After I started the return process online, within 2 days I had shipping labels in my email inbox to print out and attach to the boxes to be dropped off at my local FedEx. King of Christmas is definitely on my list of where to get an artificial tree from when I'm ready. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again in the future.

I love my new tree it's so real looking and beautiful. It's wonderful to not have pine needles all over. Set up was extremely easy and I would highly recommend this product.

Once the tree lights were finally working properly, we have been impressed with the tree. It has a very realistic feel and look, even out nosey grandkids have not realized it is an imitation tree. We will definitely spend more time in the future fluffing the tree, as it is put up in our home right out of the box. We were rushed for time! The only down side of our tree was a faulty foot pedal that caused the tree lights to not function properly. After contacting the company's customer service and warranty dept., a replacement pedal was sent out within a week. This was a bit of a hassle, but we were satisfied with the results. We did not spend extra time shaping the tree, as we figured we'd be sending it back. But we will keep this one, as it is working great now, and is a pretty great looking tree.

It is a beautiful artificial Christmas tree. We had a problem with the lighting at first due to a defective power plug. King of Christmas stood behind it and replaced the part quickly. I love my tree and hope it lasts for years to come.
