I love Kipling bags and I have several of them! What has happened with mfg and product descriptions? This is the second bag I have purchased in the last month where the bag is smaller than described. My bag measures 11.5 wide across the top and the description says its 12.25. Its not! This makes a big difference to me. Kipling bag quality is usually so consistent so I cut the tags before trying to use the bag and now I cant return it?! Im so disappointed!
