A: you have to select the setting on the toaster then lower lever down to get it going

Q: Any idea what setting you need to actually toast a frozen waffle??! I put it on 6 and it's still barely done...now instead of it being frozen it's soggy!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst
Easily the worst toaster I’ve ever purchased. Can’t go past 2 on the dial or guaranteed your toast will be burnt. But the first toast before it’s warmed up won’t be done if it’s on 1.5 but thereafter will probably be burnt so you’re constantly messing with the dial to find a sweet spot (which doesn’t exist). Photo is of a first toast when the appliance was cool and set at 2. Plus, there is some sort of design flaw where the toast does not fully go into the toaster so the top half inch or so of the toast is never done. They’ve had to have been making electric toasters for 50-60 years. You’d think the general kinks would have been worked out. This toaster proves otherwise. Cheap and not worth it.

The bread got stuck in the toaster the very first time I used it. Horrible plastic smell when using. I had to use tongs to get the bread out of the toaster and it was SO stuck in there that it completely shredded the toast. I even tried turning the toaster completely upside down and slamming it against my counter to get it to come out, that’s how stuck it was. I’ve never seen something fail so quickly and severely.

This toaster is made of cheap plastic. It only toasts the middle of the bread, unevenly! You can’t put the toasting number higher than number 1 or it will burn the toast. The cord is hard & stiff. I DO NOT recommend!

The plastic is terrible and it burn the bread right away , I never had that problem with others that I had before . The inside it looks like somebody use already and those little metal it looks like it was gonna break. I'll NOT recommend it at all They new to improve the quality of the material that they use to make their stuff. Very disappointed
