A: You have to make sure the knob isn't on "cancel"! Make sure it's on an actual number! And that it's plugged in! LOL That was my issue my daughter unplugged it and I didn't know!

This toaster is made of cheap plastic. It only toasts the middle of the bread, unevenly! You can’t put the toasting number higher than number 1 or it will burn the toast. The cord is hard & stiff. I DO NOT recommend!

The plastic is terrible and it burn the bread right away , I never had that problem with others that I had before . The inside it looks like somebody use already and those little metal it looks like it was gonna break. I'll NOT recommend it at all They new to improve the quality of the material that they use to make their stuff. Very disappointed

My husband got rid our our perfectly good 2-slice toaster & replaced it with this 4-slice toaster. The pic attached is a bagel toasted on a setting of 3. All burnt edges & caused my smoke alarm to go off. It has a lower profile which means a slice of bread doesn't go all the way into the toaster. Controls are cheap plastic & cord is very short. 2 stars because of cheap price, but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend.

I was very excited to get this foir slice toaster so that I can have two slots for my granddaughter who is Celiac and needs to have gluten free. And the other side for the non-celiacs. However it only lasted me 6 months and no longer is working. Mind you we do use it that often simply because my kids don't always eat toast and I just barely found gluten free bread that my granddaughter enjoys. Very disappointed! I don't like that it does not have and eject button and you basically have to turn down the temp knob to have the toast bread pop up. I only like that it had the four slice option.

We "upgraded" from a different brand two slice toaster to this four slice toaster and after it's maiden toasting voyage back in the box it went. I didn't expect much from a $20 dollar toaster but our last budget toaster lasted us for 10 years. I don't think this one would last past its warranty. But, the primary reason for not keeping the toasting apparatus...wider slices of bread DONT FIT. To satiate the 3 foot tall bipolar dictators ready to devour anything, including their stuffies I resorted to chopping about an inch off the end of all six slices. This won't work....nope. Back to the toaster drawing board.
