A: No, this one is for dry styling only — you'll want to start with hair that's completely dry before using it. Since the barrel heats up on its own (no built-in airflow), using it on wet hair won't dry or style it effectively. I have really thick and curly hair so usually straightening sucks and takes forever. this tool has been such a life saver! I can do my bangs in 5 seconds or my whole head in 15. it used to take me 30 with a regular straightener

Great little thermal brush for adding some minimal volume to your hair. Not a blow dryer brush though, so it doesn't really give you that blow out look.

I LOVE this tool and it is my new daily go-to. I have a long bob and it makes styling it way easier than any flat iron or hairbrush-and-blowdryer combo. I have thin, fine hair, and the barrel is still a little big for that, so to make sure it holds, I usually let it cool in a curler the same size as the barrel and it holds shape all day!

Very disappointed
Very disappointed in this brush. I paid nearly $80 for it, even used the spray that came with it (it smelled awful) and it did not offer any volume and very little curl. I have long, thin strands and hopes for a better performance. Waste of my money.

Waste of money
First of all, I received a used product. The packaging was opened and the alligator clips you are supposed to receive with this product were missing from the order. I decided that since I have other clips, and this product came so highly reviewed, I would give it a chance anyway. Huge mistake. This product did absolutely nothing for volume or style. My hair is still flat. On top of this, I already suffer from a lot of thin and lost hair, and this product ripped my hair out! I tried curling a couple of sections of my hair, and when I tried to uncurl the tool from my hair, it ripped all of my hair out. Since I’ve used the product, I can’t return it. But I received it used anyway, so we know that they are taking back used products and reselling them. If you have fine or thin hair or suffered from hair loss, do not use this product because it will rip whatever hair you have left out.
