Kitsch Medium Thermal Round Brush - Terracotta

First of all, I received a used product. The packaging was opened and the alligator clips you are supposed to receive with this product were missing from the order. I decided that since I have other clips, and this product came so highly reviewed, I would give it a chance anyway. Huge mistake. This product did absolutely nothing for volume or style. My hair is still flat. On top of this, I already suffer from a lot of thin and lost hair, and this product ripped my hair out! I tried curling a couple of sections of my hair, and when I tried to uncurl the tool from my hair, it ripped all of my hair out. Since I’ve used the product, I can’t return it. But I received it used anyway, so we know that they are taking back used products and reselling them. If you have fine or thin hair or suffered from hair loss, do not use this product because it will rip whatever hair you have left out.

I use this everyday and I love it.. the size is ideal for my short bob!! Thank you so much for having a medium size..Annette Selby

I personally love this round brush. it is very easy to use and it has a great result which is I love now. I understand why everyone is obsessed about this.

Bought the brush and used it for the first time and the results were not good. Decided to give it another try and the results were the same. Used some light hairspray (which I've never had to do before) to see if I could get better results and still got the same limp "curls". All I was looking for was a flip of my ends but there were no flips, no curls, no nothing. Just my hair as it always is. Love the color of the brush just not the results.

I am absolutely in love with this styling brush. My hair looks great. I like to let my hair air dry. However, when I do, it has a fly away look. The styling brush smooths it out. Now my hair looks just like it does when my hairdresser does it.

I had an issue with my initial unit and the reps were very prompt in sending a replacement at no cost - very well made product - excited to see how it works on my hair -

This works great, but I wish the brush end was detachable for better cleaning. Also be careful. It's very hot between the bristles that maybe you should be more densely spaced?

This brush does nothing to my hair. It is basically just like using a regular round brush. I could not believe that it did nothing. Description should detail that it will not work on thick hair.
