Chairs are nice, but we had to do some customizations to make some bolts fit. The holes the bolts screw in to weren’t properly drilled. Instead of waiting another 9 months on a chair replacement from Ashley, we fixed it ourselves. Other than that, the chairs meet the same expectation we got in the show room.

I love it! It’s stylish, and a statement piece. However, it took about 3 months to get it. Also Ashley does a pending charge on your account weekly for these orders that you have no idea when or if will even be filled. Was a pain for sure.

Honestly the most difficult to assemble. The holes just don't line up. The coating on the screws makes it almost impossible to screw in. Looks great but I'm afraid to sit on it.

Well constructed; Sells at a much lower price of other chairs of the same quality. Really an impressive piece! I bought them in both colors. Well worth paying extra to have them put together!!!

Great looking accent chair, comfortable and roomy. I bought the cream/ gold, and then painted the leather pale grey (using leather paint), and the frame black. It turned out beautifully!! 2 years later, it looks like new. Love this chair!!

Surprisingly comfortable and very roomy. Absolutely LOVE these chairs. There were some assembly issue with the parts aligning on one part of the chairs, which we adjusted. Other then that, assembly was pretty quick.

Sturdy and comfortable (micro fiber seating and back). Extra wide seat, with leather arm rests. The arm rests give a little, so don’t dare sit on them.
