Purchased 2 pkgs (12 bars). Where's the Heath bar? Very thin chocolate, bottom had very sparse chocolate, and Zero Heath bar anywhere. Just a chocolate Ice cream square.

Heath Candy was a childhood favorite of mine. Sadly as I have aged my teeth cannot manage the hard crunch of the candy. I CAN eat Klondike Heath Bars!! Yay!! The flavor is spot on!!

I haven't bought a heath klondike bar in a while, but I know it used to look like the picture on the rapper. Covered in chocolate with bits of crunch on top. But there are no longer any bits on top. And it's barely covered in chocolate. The bottom isn't covered in chocolate, hardly at all. I'm very disappointed.

Either my pack was defective or they've reduced the chocolate on these by half. Every bar from the pack was missing chocolate on the bottom, & was also slightly thinner on the rest of the bar. Since the nutrition facts don't match what's on this page, I'm assuming they're skimping on them now, which is sad because they were my favorite frozen treat, & the chocolate was the best part.

I have a lifetime of experience with this formerly amazing product. Every year, it gets worse and worse. The Heath Bar flavor is now down to *zero* toffee bits, and the chocolate barely even covers the bar. It's like you painted the chocolate on with a watercolor brush. I appreciate that you are answering these reviews requesting people reach out they can give you more info, but the info is right in front of you. You know what you have done. Please just restore these things to their original glory so we can love you again.

My entire family loves Klondike bars. My husband does the grocery shopping and buys these all the time keeping pthem well stocked in our freezer. Heath is my favorite flavor. I’ve loved the Heath candy bar since I was a kid. The ice cream is thick and delicious and I loves the crunchy outside milk chocolate coating. What would I do for a Klondike bar? Just walk to my kitchen refrigerator freezer. My husbands favorite flavor is Dark Chocolate Mint Chip, & my som likes Reese’s Peanut Butter, but we will eat any flavor we have in the freezer. We also have purchased the Klondike cones.

Chocolate did not cover the whole bar. There was a lack of heath toffee. It was much smaller and had lack of vanilla ice cream taste. Was greatly disappointed.

Just tried this product again after many years. There is so much air in the cream fill. If you look at your advertising pic then compare it to what is currently offered you will notice toffee chips in the advertisement . Look at what is currently offered you see grain like particles of toffee. WHAT A JOKE. Do not waste your hard earned cash!

Like other Klondike bars, the chocolate shell has been thinned to the point of it not even completely covering the bottom. The advertisements show the shell bulging with bits (toffee or Heath presumably) but the actual shell is essentially as flat as a vanilla bar. No bits inside the ice cream either. Bottom line, they can skimp on the inside, but the chocolate shell is what makes a Klondike Bar and it has become a poor imitation of its thicker firm original version that would crack when bit into instead of shattering. The chocolate shell on a Klondike from decades ago was firm and thick enough for pieces to be pulled off and savored separately. If you don't expect a lot of flavor or texture from the Heath, you won't be disappointed.
